AAnonymous UserThe room I stayed in was pretty good. The hotel room is spacious and well-equipped. You can enter the room by swiping your face. It is full of technology. The lobby manager Xiao An is very enthusiastic in service. The Xiangyu restaurant on the second floor of the hotel tastes very good.

2272175****Stepping into the lobby, I was immediately captivated by the design. The sleek lines, paired with multi-layered lighting, exuded an understated luxury in every corner. Everything I saw was spotlessly clean, tidy, and comfortable. What was even more surprising was the butler service; from their thoughtful greetings to their precise understanding of my needs, they were gentle yet discreet throughout. That feeling of being perfectly looked after instantly made me feel like the trip was absolutely worth every penny!

Not only did she proactively recommend local dining spots, but she also helped us get a room upgrade. Her attention to detail was exceptional. Her smile and efficiency made us feel so welcome, and all our travel fatigue just melted away. I highly recommend Crowne Plaza Hefei, and a huge thank you to Cindy for her wonderful service. AAnonymous UserI chose this hotel because of its room size. Got upgraded to a suite. Large room with technology and all amenities. The hotel provides 6 complimentary bottles of water for guest, the most I have ever seen. The staff was super friendly. Breakfast area is large with multiple food stations and good variety of dishes. The hotel is next to the #5 Metro station BaiShuiBa - convenient to go to Hefei railway stations and city attractions.
The hotel is new and the construction is still going on to build the indoor pool and gym. It does not have a bar - maybe there are bars in the two restaurants inside the hotel.
Look forward to stay here again. Hopefully all construction will be done by then.

GGuest UserThis was a spontaneous trip, just an hour's drive from Hefei. The environment is exactly as advertised, truly the best hotel in the Daiao Mountain scenic area. The most pleasant surprise was the service; someone came to help with our luggage as soon as we pulled into the parking lot, and welcome fruits were already set up in our room. Our two days at the hotel were quiet and relaxing. We even made traditional Chinese medicine sachets, which had a very healing scent, and enjoyed a singing bowl session. The distant sound of the bells 🔔 was quite memorable. A special shout-out to Buyun Restaurant – we ate there two days in a row! The breakfast had a wide variety and beautiful presentation, and the specialty dishes for lunch and dinner were delicious. There was a 30-minute wait for food, which just showed that everything was freshly cooked to order. On the second day, we hiked up Daiao Mountain, reaching the summit in 30 minutes – the perfect amount of exercise.

The room I booked this time was a twin suite. I liked it very much. The two large beds were spacious and comfortable! The breakfast environment is also very good! After retreating, due to invoice issues, Xiao Yu in the front office provided timely help, enthusiastic and professional! Will stay here next time!

QQiuxingshandianlianThis is an older five-star hotel, but the front desk and room service were excellent and very responsive to all requests. They even upgraded my room when I asked to switch, so the service definitely deserves high praise. The design and decor are a bit dated, but the room itself was spacious, bright, clean, well-equipped, and had a fantastic view. Overall, it was a good experience. Breakfast was standard. The hotel is right next to Swan Lake, with many shopping malls nearby. It's very easy to get a taxi from the lobby, and there's a subway station close by, making transportation quite convenient. This stay offered great value for money.

LLives out of a suitcase.Nicely appointed hotel. Rooms are clean and modern. Shower pressure is good. Pretty views and location is quiet.
Overall, staff were professional, helpful and attentive.
Only problem is that breakfast stopped at 10:am but was down at 9:45am but all the food and breakfast selection was removed- they were rushing to close up and prepare for lunch. So maybe better to say “last serving for breakfast at 9:30am”, instead of “breakfast until 10:00.
