GGuest UserVery dissatisfied. After turning on the air conditioner for half a day at 16 degrees, the room temperature was still above 25 degrees. I called the front desk and they said the air conditioner was central air conditioner and the fresh air did not cool. The solution was that a guy with a good attitude came and took me to three rooms to see if I could change rooms. He also sent an electric fan, but the problem could not be solved. The room temperature was still very high.
I was surprised. The customer said it was hot, why didn't they turn down the central air conditioner? What does it mean? The temperature in Hefei is hot at noon and cool in the morning and evening, but the room is still very hot. Why not turn on the cooling?

2270688****I've been staying at the Fuma Hotel Hefei High-tech Zone for my recent business trips, and the experience has been fantastic! The room is very comfortable, and all the amenities are incredibly practical, especially the washer-dryer combo. Being able to wash and dry clothes whenever I want during my several-day stay is super convenient for business travelers. The breakfast offers a wide variety and is delicious, making for a pleasant start to the day. What's most thoughtful is the butler service; I didn't have to worry about a thing throughout my stay. Any issues I had, Cathy the butler resolved them immediately, which was a huge relief. This is definitely a place to consider for business trips.

AAnonymous UserFirst of all the room is very big, 60 square meters. There is a dressing room, dressing table, study, tea table, dry and wet separated bathroom, large bathtub, and a double bed of 1.35 meters. Very spacious and comfortable to live in.
Secondly, the air conditioning was very powerful and there was plenty of hot water. The facilities are very new.
Again, all the staff were very friendly.
Finally, it is very close to the subway station, making travel convenient.
If there is a shortcoming, it is that the room has a little bit of decoration smell, which is not very obvious. I mentioned it and the service staff sent a Xiaomi air purifier.
Also, the variety and taste of breakfast can be improved.

- Accommodation 🏠
My husband and I work hard, so for our vacation, we just wanted a place with good air, excellent service, and convenient facilities where we could relax. We chose the Guanshanfang, which has floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking green hills and a pond. When we opened the windows, the sounds of birds and insects, along with a gentle breeze, filled the room – it was incredibly soothing.
- Dining 🍽️
The hotel has an in-house restaurant that serves three meals a day. Breakfast is complimentary, while other meals are self-paid, costing around 100+ RMB per person. The menu offers a good variety, and considering we didn't have to leave the hotel, the food quality and price were acceptable.
- Service
The staff throughout the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Anything we needed could be delivered to our room, and they patiently answered our questions and offered guidance regarding travel advice and everyday queries. On busy weekends, things occasionally felt a bit rushed, likely because the hotel is relatively new and still finding its rhythm.
- Getting Around
For those who enjoy hiking and sightseeing, there's a mountain about 500m from the hotel suitable for trekking, with a temple at the summit. Additionally, about 10 kilometers away, you can access the Lunan Chuanzang Scenic Route for a scenic drive up to Zhaiji Mountain for some breathtaking views. My parents thoroughly enjoyed it. If you plan on exploring, driving is recommended.
- Other Amenities
The hotel features a swimming pool, gym, and laundry room. They also offer sound healing and handmade sachet workshops. Even if you don't venture out, there's enough to keep you occupied and entertained for at least a day within the hotel. I hope they'll add sports facilities like a badminton court in the future, which would surely attract even more guests.
Overall, we were very happy we chose Daiaoshanju for this trip; it's definitely worth a visit.

As soon as we entered, the concierge helped us with our luggage, and the service was very enthusiastic. The front desk service was also excellent. I left something behind after checking out, and Liu Qi from the front desk even helped me mail it back.

GGuest UserStaying here over the May Day holiday was quite a good deal for the price in Hefei. The room facilities and cleanliness were very good, and breakfast was quite rich. However, there were some issues: 1. The front desk and parking staff had poor service attitudes, which didn't match the hotel's positioning – it was even worse than a regular budget hotel. 2. The breakfast area was incredibly chaotic with no one managing the flow, making the whole experience extremely disorganized.

GGuest UserThe hotel was really amazing great location, easy parking, amazing service, I booked it for my family and we needed a room with 2 large beds, they had a 2 king bed suite which was both a great value as well as a perfect fit for our needs, the room was clearly a regular suite with the living room having had the sofa moved to the side and placing a large king bed, the sofas were somewhat scattered around the room, but for what we needed and the price we paid it was all perfect for us
The only complaint I could make was that I found the carpets to be a little dirty in the rooms, hopefully that is something that will be remedied in the future because other than the floor every part of the hotel was amazing, the staff for the restaurant were good, concierge incredibly helpful even though there was a minor language barrier

GGuest UserHefei's first five-star hotel, I just had to check it out, haha! Highlights: Excellent downtown location! The subway entrance is right downstairs, making getting around super convenient! Stayed on the 25th floor, enjoying a romantic 'cloud-top' experience with a dazzling night view! And wow, the 29th-floor revolving restaurant offers a 360-degree panoramic view of Hefei's cityscapes! The female manager in the suit was incredibly thoughtful and attentive, making me feel so welcome! I discreetly found out her last name is Qin, hehe. Booked through Trip.com, and the value for money was absolutely amazing!!! So happy, yay!

The location is excellent, very close to the train station, with a subway station right next door. The environment is quite good, and the high-ceilinged lobby feels grand. The front desk service was decent; my room was upgraded before arrival.
The executive room wasn't particularly large, but the facilities were well-maintained. The elevator requires a key card to operate, which adds to the safety. Guests also receive complimentary fruit upon check-in, which is a nice touch.
The executive lounge's light meals offer a decent variety, though the only made-to-order items are noodles and wontons, which were just so-so.
Breakfast had a good selection, including special local dishes like Huainan beef soup and freshly stewed chicken soup with small wontons. There was also a cart service offering a unique 'sa tang' (thick soup) which tasted good. The made-to-order egg rolls were also delicious. The chef at the noodle station was particularly enthusiastic, explaining everything and even helping to prepare an Anqing-style wonton soup base. The service was exceptional.
Overall, a very good hotel. Highly recommended.
