5-Star Hotels in Hefei

Very dissatisfied. After turning on the air conditioner for half a day at 16 degrees, the room temperature was still above 25 degrees. I called the front desk and they said the air conditioner was central air conditioner and the fresh air did not cool. The solution was that a guy with a good attitude came and took me to three rooms to see if I could change rooms. He also sent an electric fan, but the problem could not be solved. The room temperature was still very high. I was surprised. The customer said it was hot, why didn't they turn down the central air conditioner? What does it mean? The temperature in Hefei is hot at noon and cool in the morning and evening, but the room is still very hot. Why not turn on the cooling?

I've been staying at the Fuma Hotel Hefei High-tech Zone for my recent business trips, and the experience has been fantastic! The room is very comfortable, and all the amenities are incredibly practical, especially the washer-dryer combo. Being able to wash and dry clothes whenever I want during my several-day stay is super convenient for business travelers. The breakfast offers a wide variety and is delicious, making for a pleasant start to the day. What's most thoughtful is the butler service; I didn't have to worry about a thing throughout my stay. Any issues I had, Cathy the butler resolved them immediately, which was a huge relief. This is definitely a place to consider for business trips.

This was a spontaneous trip, just an hour's drive from Hefei. The environment is exactly as advertised, truly the best hotel in the Daiao Mountain scenic area. The most pleasant surprise was the service; someone came to help with our luggage as soon as we pulled into the parking lot, and welcome fruits were already set up in our room. Our two days at the hotel were quiet and relaxing. We even made traditional Chinese medicine sachets, which had a very healing scent, and enjoyed a singing bowl session. The distant sound of the bells 🔔 was quite memorable. A special shout-out to Buyun Restaurant – we ate there two days in a row! The breakfast had a wide variety and beautiful presentation, and the specialty dishes for lunch and dinner were delicious. There was a 30-minute wait for food, which just showed that everything was freshly cooked to order. On the second day, we hiked up Daiao Mountain, reaching the summit in 30 minutes – the perfect amount of exercise.

Wow, what an extraordinary experience at your exceptional hotel! Our stay was nothing short of magical. We hosted a small wedding and birthday dinner and enjoyed one unforgettable night. I chose this hotel because of its room size. Got upgraded to a suite. Large room with technology and all amenities. The hotel provides 6 complimentary bottles of water for guest, the most I have ever seen. The staff was super friendly. Breakfast area is large with multiple food stations and good variety of dishes. The hotel is next to the #5 Metro station BaiShuiBa - convenient to go to Hefei railway stations and city attractions. The hotel is new and the construction is still going on to build the indoor pool and gym. It does not have a bar - maybe there are bars in the two restaurants inside the hotel. Look forward to stay here again. Hopefully all construction will be done by then.

The business center provides services like printing, binding, and airport transfers, making it very business-traveler friendly. 4. **Excellent Service & Family-Friendly:** The front desk is very responsive, and guests often receive complimentary fruit and milk upon check-in. Cribs and children's slippers are available. There's also an indoor heated pool, sauna, and a usable gym. 5. **Great Value for Money:** During peak season, lake-view rooms are priced at 600–800 RMB per night, which is more reasonable compared to new hotels of a similar caliber.

This hotel has a good location near Chaohu Lake, providing beautiful views while still close to the city. The breakfast selection is decent, though the breakfast area got crowded during peak times. The staff is friendly and always willing to assist. However, the rooms can be a bit noisy, and some of the outdoor facilities are in need of maintenance, which slightly detracts from the overall experience. Ideal for a short stay, but a few improvements would enhance comfort. Taller travelers will feel the beds are too short.

I frequently visit Hefei and always stay at this hotel. The staff are warm and attentive, the lobby is grand, and the rooms are spacious with clean, tidy bedding. The breakfast selection is also very rich. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

This is an older five-star hotel, and it was so comfortable to stay in. There wasn't that strong new hotel or budget hotel smell, the bedding was fresh, and it was very quiet at night. A really great experience! The breakfast was also excellent 👍

Hilton Hefei, review: The location is excellent, very close to the train station, with a subway station right next door. The environment is quite good, and the high-ceilinged lobby feels grand. The front desk service was decent; my room was upgraded before arrival. The executive room wasn't particularly large, but the facilities were well-maintained. The elevator requires a key card to operate, which adds to the safety. Guests also receive complimentary fruit upon check-in, which is a nice touch. The executive lounge's light meals offer a decent variety, though the only made-to-order items are noodles and wontons, which were just so-so. Breakfast had a good selection, including special local dishes like Huainan beef soup and freshly stewed chicken soup with small wontons. There was also a cart service offering a unique 'sa tang' (thick soup) which tasted good. The made-to-order egg rolls were also delicious. The chef at the noodle station was particularly enthusiastic, explaining everything and even helping to prepare an Anqing-style wonton soup base. The service was exceptional. Overall, a very good hotel. Highly recommended.
