AAnonymous UserMy stay at the Langham Hefei was very satisfying overall. The British-style decor was exquisite, and the pink roses and fragrance in the lobby were particularly delightful. The room was spacious and clean, with great views from the high floor. The bedding was soft and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a restful sleep. Jane provided attentive service, contacting me in advance to make arrangements and responding quickly to my requests. The location is convenient for getting around, the breakfast selection is rich, and the amenities are complete, making it suitable for both business trips and leisure. I'll choose this hotel again next time I'm in Hefei.

GGuest UserHands down, this is the best five-star hotel in Hefei! Especially the food quality, it's top-notch!
1. **Service**: They contacted me via WeChat a day in advance to confirm my needs. Upon arrival, everything was perfectly arranged, and my room was upgraded. I also received welcome fruits and drinks. From the moment I stepped out of the car to the lobby and then to the front desk, multiple staff members proactively offered to help with my luggage. Every staff member I encountered, from the entrance to my room, greeted me with a smile. When checking out, the doorman actively assisted with my luggage.
2. **Facilities**: The room facilities were all standard and complete, including an air purifier. The AC had low noise, and hot water was instant (within 3 seconds). I didn't find any damaged facilities or noticeable hygiene issues. The toiletries were InterContinental's standard, and they were decent. The toilet paper and tissue paper were comfortable to use. The toothbrush quality was acceptable, but the brush head was small and a bit hard on the gums; I suggest the hotel consider changing them.
3. **Dining (see pictures)**: The variety and taste of the food at the Executive Lounge's Happy Hour were the best I've ever experienced at a hotel – truly excellent value for money! The breakfast quality was also remarkably high, rarely seen even in standard five-star hotels; it was simply stunning.
4. **Location**: It's in the government district, with all amenities nearby and convenient transportation. It's also right next to Swan Lake, offering excellent views.
I rarely bother to write reviews, but this time, I genuinely enjoyed my stay and had to give it a thumbs-up! I hope to visit again.

YyaseinThe best hotel during my trip to China.
The room was clean, well-organized, and new.
The breakfast was excellent, delicious, and varied.
The staff were extremely helpful. It was a snowy day, and they offered me hot water upon arrival and turned on the heating before I entered the room. On the second day, they kindly helped me arrange a taxi. Small gestures, but very important.
By the way, I travel a lot and stay in a different hotel almost every day, but I truly felt the need to thank this wonderful staff.
Mercure Hotels will always be my first choice.

GGuest UserI've recently stayed at this beautiful hotel it was my first time in Hefei, and even though I'm a foreigner who doesn't speak Chinese there was no issue thanks to the amazing staff there. They were very patient while using translation apps to communicate with and they took really good care of me. They even helped with many personal issues and showed me the way around the town. I felt very welcomed and safe with them. They even personally drove me to the airport to get my lost luggage. I want to mention especially 苡荷, one of the receptionists there, she made sure that I didn't skip my meals and that I'm comfortable and she was really friendly with me, I felt really at ease. And no matter how many personal requests I made she never hesitated to offer help and to solve all my problems. I had an amazing experience at Atour hotel, it's very clean, very comfortable and the atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming. I will definitely go back there in the future. If anyone is thinking about where to stay in Hefei this is the perfect place. You will never feel homesick! I felt at home at this incredible hotel!

GGuest UserIt's really a three-diamond price with four-diamond quality. I'm really good at choosing. I stayed at the Treasure Hotel. Both the public areas and the guest rooms have a great atmosphere. The hotel is very good at creating light. Every photo you take is a beautiful one. The restaurant has a rich variety of dishes and tastes very good. There are many fruit styles and ice jelly. The exquisite combination of Chinese and Western styles makes the chill feeling full. I highly recommend staying here

GGuest UserThis trip to Hefei was a little special for me. Although I was traveling with my mother in her 50s, I also wanted to spend time with my boyfriend who lives in China, so I ended up booking two separate rooms at the same hotel.
At first, I hesitated, but it turned out to be a great decision. By reserving two rooms in the same hotel, my mother could rest comfortably in her own space, and I was able to spend time with my boyfriend according to our schedule without making anyone feel uncomfortable. What I appreciated most was being able to respect and balance both relationships — family and partner.
The hotel staff handled the check-in process and room assignments smoothly, and both rooms were clean and well-maintained, which gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. Having two rooms in the same hotel also made it very convenient to move around and go back and forth as needed.
For anyone traveling with family while also needing some personal time, this arrangement can definitely be a thoughtful and practical option.
There seem to be slightly more international visitors than Korean tourists in Hefei, so I decided to write this review in English.

GGuest UserCheck in was easy - the front desk staff were delightful, and comped us free breakfast, lots of complimentary snacks and consumables at checkin.
rooms were spacious, clean, modern &smart, with air purifier in both our rooms. Our rooms were on the 20th floor, and it was quiet with the windows shut. Room has minisplit built in so heat and ac were easy to set.
We were in town for a trade show and - the show had less participants than advertised, so we didnt need to be there multiple days. I changed our checkout date to be 2 days earlier after the first day an the staff promptly processed it and refunded the two days within 10 minutes. they were very gracious and happy to help. Would recommend for their great customer service, and enjoyed our peaceful stay. Would stay here again!

GGuest UserThis was a spontaneous trip, just an hour's drive from Hefei. The environment is exactly as advertised, truly the best hotel in the Daiao Mountain scenic area. The most pleasant surprise was the service; someone came to help with our luggage as soon as we pulled into the parking lot, and welcome fruits were already set up in our room. Our two days at the hotel were quiet and relaxing. We even made traditional Chinese medicine sachets, which had a very healing scent, and enjoyed a singing bowl session. The distant sound of the bells 🔔 was quite memorable. A special shout-out to Buyun Restaurant – we ate there two days in a row! The breakfast had a wide variety and beautiful presentation, and the specialty dishes for lunch and dinner were delicious. There was a 30-minute wait for food, which just showed that everything was freshly cooked to order. On the second day, we hiked up Daiao Mountain, reaching the summit in 30 minutes – the perfect amount of exercise.
