GGuest User房間簡直是一塵不染，設施堪稱完美，地暖、空調和加濕器，外加一盆茂盛綠蘿，還有全屋的木質傢俱，超大衞生間，有浴缸和淋浴間，毛巾很厚實，一次性用品質量也很好，喜歡這種古樸奢華的調調。美中不足的是兩個枕頭都太軟了，現在的高端民宿和亞朵等連鎖酒店都提供一硬一軟，或者乳膠枕了。可能是冬季，歡迎水果一般。
餐館就在隔壁，像是星級餐廳，但價格還算合理，澆汁鍋巴38，味道不錯。
服務稍顯業餘，熱情不足，訂的房間包含很多特色項目，但前台既不介紹也不提醒，需要自己主動去要，最後飛盤也沒嘗試，有點可惜。
周圍有小湖，可散步，藍天之下，太陽暖暖，紅梅怒放，鳥鳴不止，很放鬆，垂釣的項目比預計有意思，可能是釣到魚了，孩子和大人都很開心，夏天來，應該會更有意思吧

The room was clean, well-organized, and new.
The breakfast was excellent, delicious, and varied.
The staff were extremely helpful. It was a snowy day, and they offered me hot water upon arrival and turned on the heating before I entered the room. On the second day, they kindly helped me arrange a taxi. Small gestures, but very important.
By the way, I travel a lot and stay in a different hotel almost every day, but I truly felt the need to thank this wonderful staff.
Mercure Hotels will always be my first choice.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a great location, very close to the University of Science and Technology of China. The breakfast is very good, the room has an unbeatable view and is quite spacious. The water temperature is also good and the room is very clean. The key point is that the front desk service is very good, and there is also a lot of love here, allowing passers-by to come in and take shelter from the wind and rain. Overall very good.

MM22308****I have to give this hotel a huge thumbs up! The room was incredibly spacious and beautifully decorated, with amazing natural light that instantly made me feel relaxed and comfortable. The hotel amenities were diverse and plentiful; the gym, for example, had brand-new, fully equipped machines – perfect for fitness enthusiasts. Breakfast was beyond amazing, with a vast selection of both Western and Chinese dishes that tasted delicious. The staff were polite, thoughtful, and provided detailed, attentive service, helping me with several issues. The location is superb, with convenient transport links nearby, making it super easy to get around and explore. This hotel is truly a gem; I'll definitely choose it again next time!

GGuest UserI recently stayed at the Hilton Hampton San Xiaokou, and the service was truly second to none. This was my second stay within two weeks, and I was genuinely impressed by the warm hospitality.
When I returned to the hotel, the receptionists recognised me, upgraded my room, and even offered a thoughtful fruit platter. Upon checkout, Xiao Ye 小叶and Xiao He 小何went above and beyond by preparing Gentle Steam Eye Masks as presents for my long-haul flight back to the U.K.
The staff here are incredibly friendly and are without a doubt the hotel’s greatest asset. I cannot thank them enough for looking after me during my stay. Highly recommended.

Also very patient. The service is attentive and must be praised. The breakfast also has the taste of my hometown. Even though I don’t like to get up early, I will get up early for breakfast. GGuest UserIt locates near the lake, so there's awesome and gorgeous view. I can see very beautiful lake on the balcony in my room. There are several big hotels around the lake. This Novotel has the best lake view.
The distance to the Chaohu Lake is not far. Renting a car is the best choice. This location is nearly the edge of service areas of the shared electric bicycles.
There are many merchants near this Novotel. It's very convenient to buy food and daily supplies.
It's really an unforgettable travel. Next time I would select this Novotel again.

GGuest UserThe location is okay for concerts, about a 30-minute walk. However, there is construction nearby, which makes it noisy. The renovation is probably quite old, and some of the design is not very reasonable. There is no full-length mirror, and the sink does not have a trash can. Also, people will slip small cards into the room at night. The room itself is quite large.

GGuest UserAccommodation there is provided with butler-style service. The environment is very good. The food in the farm restaurant is also delicious. There are also many activities for children to play on the farm, both free and paid. You can also not stay and just bring your children to play during the day.
