The room was very comfortable. We arrived very late. The little Jia at the front desk took the trouble to tell us how to use the room. He also personally sent us to the room to help us with our luggage. He also sent us the food that was originally afternoon tea to become a late night snack. It was really raining in time. The service attitude of all the staff is very good. We chose to eat in their restaurant the next night. It is very good. It is much better than the farmhouse dishes outside. The breakfast selection is very rich, offering a good mix of Chinese and Western dishes, including a vegetable salad. The chicken noodle soup was excellent, and the fruit was very fresh. The room was spotlessly clean, and the view from the window was also very nice. I would definitely come back again if I have the chance.

I stayed at the Funley International Hotel in Hefei's Economic Development Zone, and overall, it was a great experience. The location is very convenient, with Metro Line 7 providing direct access to the hotel. There are plenty of attractions and shopping malls nearby; Huizhou Garden and the Oceanarium are right next door. A two-stop metro ride gets you to Sam's Club, and the Zhengda Plaza and Zhonghuan City offer a wide variety of dining, entertainment, and shopping options. The room was spacious and didn't feel cramped, and the cleanliness was meticulously maintained. The front desk staff were warm and polite; they even offered bottled water on a hot day. The restaurant's food was delicious, and with three meals included in the room rate, it offers excellent value for money and is definitely worth staying at.

For the May Day holiday, I decided to visit some less crowded attractions and it was my first time in Hefei, the capital of Anhui. I chose a hotel on Huaihe Road for its convenient dining options. It's next to Intime, but a separate building. I checked in on time. The staff were efficient, and my child received a lollipop, plus they provided children's amenities. As for facilities, it has an old-fashioned vibe but is reasonably clean. Each room provides four bottles of water (only four, extra bottles cost money). The air conditioning was odd; I couldn't intuitively turn it off, and it was noisy. The only way to shut it down was to remove the key card. Also, the soundproofing was terrible. In the middle of the night, I could clearly hear renovation-like noises and people talking, which disturbed my sleep. They also offer afternoon tea and a late-night snack, which are available for a short period and not very elaborate; there aren't many options. Upon checkout, my child received a small snack gift bag, which was a nice gesture!

Breakfast which they provided had a ton of options but all of them subpar. If they had only a few things but made well and delicious it would be much better. The air conditioner was the worst. It pushed out humid air and rarely cool enough to drop the room temperature. All over the hotel they have ads for their restaurant but when we asked about it, it was closed. If something is not available, you should not be advertising it. Considered false advertisement. If due to your false advertising I have to go somewhere else for dinner, you should at least pay for the cab fare. Based on the hotel and the number of guests I saw I’m pretty sure you’re only putting guests in floor 8 and possibly floor 9. If that’s the case then each room should be meticulously cleaned. Ours didn’t have soap in the dispenser and was missing the conditioner completely. We were in a no smoking room, there was still a “do not smoke in bed” resin sign. Which was extremely dirty like no one’s cleaned it in weeks if not months. There’s a cute robot you send up to deliver things. But it doesn’t know to wait for people to get off the elevator before getting on, causing a family of 4 with their luggage to be partly trapped by the robot for a few minutes. I’ve had the opportunity to talk to a number of the staff and can see the lower occupancy and time has affected this establishment. But you can still do better.
