GGuest UserThe front desk who checked in was very welcoming and generous, and even gave us snacks! The room is clean, tidy and quiet. It is only two subway stops away from Hefei South Station. There is Baoheyuan subway exit nearby within a 10-minute walk. It is very convenient. Five-star recommendation!

MM16281****I'd stay here more often when I come to Hefei. The rooms are clean and well-equipped, and the breakfast is rich and long. It's very close to Anhui Medical University Affiliated Hospital, so I can have a checkup and blood tests without missing breakfast. The front desk service is also great, thumbs up!

MM35816****The room is very large, spacious and comfortable, with two 1.5-meter large beds, which is very spacious for children. It is located inside the Hefei South High-speed Railway Station, which is mainly convenient for taking the train in the morning without having to rush. The service was very enthusiastic. The front desk sent a lot of bottles of water and provided any items you needed. The price was relatively affordable near the high-speed rail station. The room facilities were relatively simple and concise, with only one stool. Overall, it was okay and the price-performance ratio was appropriate.

GGuest UserThe newly opened Berman Hotel has a decent location and good decoration. The Xiaodu sound system is very convenient and they upgraded the room type for free, but there are a few things I have to say. It’s been 24 years, and even B&Bs can provide EVA slippers, but these slippers with holes need to be improved. The water in the bathroom was too slow, and water accumulated while washing. It was newly renovated, but there was still a smell in the room. It took half an hour to open the window for ventilation before I could barely live in it. There is also a bug and I can’t watch the TV.

KKuailedexiaoshizi2003The quilt is a little small for two people to sleep in. The faucet in the toilet is fixed and installed too high, which is not friendly to girls. The most important thing is that they do not provide drinking water. You have to buy it from the convenience store downstairs and bring it up every day. The landlord's service attitude was very good and enthusiastic. He picked us up at the door and took us to the parking lot (because the parking lot was like a maze)

RRobert JanNice hotel. The room is spacious and clean, there’s lots of furniture available. Wifi works well. Towels and amenities are changed every day and the bed is made. The breakfast was pretty good and every day there was something different to choose from. The only problem was with registering my stay as a foreigner, the receptionists seem to be inexperienced at registering foreigners - it took them over an hour which I had to spend with them at the reception desk, I even had to call trip.com to ask for help. They even told me to leave and find another hotel (even though the whole stay was paid for already), but I insisted and in the end I was allowed to stay. Great hotel overall, but the reception staff needs more training.

SSolo Male - Long Term TravelStayed 5 nights in bedroom.
Expectation/Reality: the pictures were much better than the actual room. The cafeteria has a fridge you can use, I didn’t try the breakfast but it looked like it could be good. A/C worked fine.
Security: good security, no additional locker or safe but 24/7 front desk and generally felt safe.
Hygiene: the walls of the rooms were not clean nor were the chairs. The bathrooms were clean and the staff was helpful.
Hospitality: the staff is very accommodating and responsive.
Social Atmosphere: not really applicable as it’s a hotel but the area of this location is great, close to cafes, the metro and lots of shops and restaurants.
Generally, not bad for the price, the walls of the room and the chairs being dirty were not encouraging but location was great.
