I went to the reception to complain, but they told me there were no non-smoking rooms. Later, when Trip.com contacted the hotel regarding my complaint, the hotel falsely claimed that I was given a free upgrade and that I had not complained after check-in. Both statements are untrue — I paid for the upgraded room, and I did complain in person about the smoke and poor ventilation. Overall, my stay was extremely uncomfortable, and the listing on Trip.com is misleading. I do not recommend this hotel, especially for non-smokers.
