The hotel is clean and well-equipped. The cleaning lady is also very serious about cleaning. The lady at the front desk is also very enthusiastic. She also upgraded the room for free. It is very close to the South High-speed Railway Station and is convenient for travel. It is recommended to stay.

There is no shower cabin. It is hard to take shower and impossible to use toilet after the shower. And the place is brand new! The cleanless is not great. There were hairs on the toilet ground, I had to remove them myself… Also the room cleaning is not 10/10.

I booked a non-smoking room because the listing on Trip.com clearly stated that non-smoking rooms were available. I specifically requested a non-smoking room during booking and again at check-in. Hotel staff offered a larger room with supposedly better ventilation for an extra 49 RMB, which I paid. When I entered the room, it smelled strongly of smoke, and the ventilation was very poor. I went to the reception to complain, but they told me there were no non-smoking rooms. Later, when Trip.com contacted the hotel regarding my complaint, the hotel falsely claimed that I was given a free upgrade and that I had not complained after check-in. Both statements are untrue — I paid for the upgraded room, and I did complain in person about the smoke and poor ventilation. Overall, my stay was extremely uncomfortable, and the listing on Trip.com is misleading. I do not recommend this hotel, especially for non-smokers.

The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, the check-in and check-out are efficient and fast, the staff is gentle, and the needs can be responded in time. The room was clean and tidy, no smell, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the sound insulation was very good, the night was quiet and not noisy, and the rest quality was perfect. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the toiletries are complete, and the hot water supply is stable. The public area is clean and tidy, and the sanitation is in place. There is absolutely no hygiene problem. It is a definite five-star experience. The housekeeping staff cleaned the room every day, and it was as if I had just moved in. They were very considerate in showing me the way. I don’t know which river is outside the window, but the scenery is great. The hotel is very soundproof, with no sound of cars outside and no sound of other residents. The air conditioning is very powerful and silent. The only complaint is that there is no USB port on the hotel's plug, so I put my power bank at the front desk to charge it every night. The front desk was very patient and never tired of it. If you need to find a hotel when traveling to Hefei, this Berman Hotel must be your best choice! Very satisfying experience!

The conditions are very good, with a stove, washing machine and TV. The bathroom is very clean and tidy, suitable for a family to live in. The facilities are quick and easy to use, and the bathroom is also air-heated, so you don't have to worry about the cold when taking a shower!

Stayed 5 nights in bedroom. Expectation/Reality: the pictures were much better than the actual room. The cafeteria has a fridge you can use, I didn’t try the breakfast but it looked like it could be good. A/C worked fine. Security: good security, no additional locker or safe but 24/7 front desk and generally felt safe. Hygiene: the walls of the rooms were not clean nor were the chairs. The bathrooms were clean and the staff was helpful. Hospitality: the staff is very accommodating and responsive. Social Atmosphere: not really applicable as it’s a hotel but the area of this location is great, close to cafes, the metro and lots of shops and restaurants. Generally, not bad for the price, the walls of the room and the chairs being dirty were not encouraging but location was great.

Yanwu B&B is incredibly clean, and the owner is incredibly attentive. Yesterday, I was on a flight with two elderly people and a one-and-a-half-year-old baby. I used Ctrip to find a nearby hotel, and this one is only about a kilometer from the airport, which was incredibly convenient. The owner even sent a car to pick me up. After I arrived at the hotel, he took a photo and sent it to me. He even greeted me after I left. Truly a very attentive owner. Thumbs up to the owner and recommend this place to anyone traveling. I wish him continued success in business and prosperity.
