The hotel is ideally located in the heart of the Shushan district, offering convenient transportation and excellent surrounding amenities, making both travel and leisure incredibly easy. The lobby is clean and elegant, with a simple yet grand design. Public areas are spotless and comfortable, creating a warm and peaceful atmosphere. The guest rooms are spacious, the bedding is soft and pleasant to the touch, and the soundproofing is exceptional. The bathroom features a wet/dry separation, and the toiletries are of high quality, showing great attention to detail. The breakfast offers a rich variety of both Chinese and Western options, all fresh and delicious, catering to diverse tastes. A special thank you to Sunny Zhu for her thoughtful service. From check-in to handling all my inquiries, she was consistently enthusiastic, patient, professional, and efficient. She proactively reminded me of important details and promptly assisted with my needs, making me feel truly valued and respected. The hotel's overall service is well-regulated and responsive, and the staff are friendly. It’s an excellent choice for both business and leisure travelers. The value for money is outstanding, and I felt completely comfortable and at ease during my stay. I will definitely choose this hotel again when I return to Hefei and highly recommend it to everyone!"

"Very cost-effective hotel, the first choice for travel as always. Highly recommend Hefei Poly Yoga Court Hotel! The location is super convenient, close to the double elevated and subway, fast to the business district, attractions, parking and charging piles are super intimate. The room was clean and tidy, the Jin Keer mattress slept super fragrantly, and the smart facilities in the whole house were very worry-free. The front desk service is gentle and thoughtful, the 24-hour gym, self-service laundry room is fully furnished, and the breakfast is full and you can taste the authentic flavor. The price is super high, whether it is business travel or tourism is very suitable, next time you come to Hefei, you will choose here!"

"Hefei Somerset Swan Lake Serviced Residence | Three Families Traveling with Kids – Super Satisfied, Unexpected Upgrade + Perfect Experience! Three families traveling together booked a three-bedroom apartment, and the front desk was incredibly thoughtful, giving us a free upgrade to a deluxe three-bedroom suite. The 108 sqm space was spacious and airy, with 3 bedrooms, a separate living room, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. It easily accommodated 6 people without feeling cramped, offering both privacy and a comfortable space for gathering. The room was spotless and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and fresh. The kitchen was fully equipped with utensils, a refrigerator, microwave, and washing machine. This was a lifesaver when traveling with kids, allowing us to heat up food and do laundry – it really felt like a home away from home. The location is absolutely fantastic, right in the heart of the Government Affairs District. Swan Lake is just across the road, perfect for walks, taking the kids out, and enjoying the scenery. Major shopping malls like Wanda, Intime, and MixC are all within walking distance, making dining, shopping, and leisurely strolls incredibly convenient. Getting around was a breeze. The service was warm and attentive. The front desk was responsive and had a great attitude. With 24-hour reception and secure access control, we felt very safe and secure. The apartment also offers amenities like an indoor pool, a children's play area, and a gym, ensuring everyone in the family found something enjoyable to do. This is definitely our top choice for family trips or friends traveling together. The space, service, and location are all excellent, and the value for money is outstanding. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Hefei!"

"Hilton Hefei, review: The location is excellent, very close to the train station, with a subway station right next door. The environment is quite good, and the high-ceilinged lobby feels grand. The front desk service was decent; my room was upgraded before arrival. The executive room wasn't particularly large, but the facilities were well-maintained. The elevator requires a key card to operate, which adds to the safety. Guests also receive complimentary fruit upon check-in, which is a nice touch. The executive lounge's light meals offer a decent variety, though the only made-to-order items are noodles and wontons, which were just so-so. Breakfast had a good selection, including special local dishes like Huainan beef soup and freshly stewed chicken soup with small wontons. There was also a cart service offering a unique 'sa tang' (thick soup) which tasted good. The made-to-order egg rolls were also delicious. The chef at the noodle station was particularly enthusiastic, explaining everything and even helping to prepare an Anqing-style wonton soup base. The service was exceptional. Overall, a very good hotel. Highly recommended."

"I don't know if the first floor is a hotel. From the morning to a little more than check out, the sound of shoes with heels upstairs is particularly clear. The sound of moving the cabinet, boiling water and other sounds, the roof is useless! At night, I played New Year's Eve until two o'clock before going to bed. The sound of walking on the heels of the upper floor in the early morning kept going, and I couldn't fall asleep at all! Room 1810, this one will not live anymore."

"The facilities were complete, and the stay was quite comfortable. The room size was just right, and the soundproofing was pretty good, which was unanimously praised by my family. "I feel this is a very fair and balanced review. Firstly, the staff provided excellent service. Secondly, the housekeeping staff's cleaning standards and techniques need significant improvement. 1. Hair was not properly cleaned from the floor. 2. The carpet had noticeable, uncleaned stains and was misaligned/crooked. 3. The floor had very obvious mop streaks and uncleaned spots, which were unfortunately magnified by the ceiling spotlights and floor tile color, highlighting a potential design flaw. Thirdly, concerning the decor and materials: 1. The room's soundproofing was unsatisfactory, especially the entrance door, which offered virtually no sound insulation. 2. Smoking was freely permitted in the hotel lobby, which was highly regrettable. 3. While the in-room facilities were decent and the materials seemed acceptable, the renovation workmanship was genuinely poor. Evident issues included a creaky bathroom door, a dripping shower hose, a warped and sharp transition strip between the wood flooring and tiles, uncleaned construction debris at the base of the bathroom door frame, poorly sealed or unfinished wall-to-ceiling joints, rough finishing below the vanity mirror, and visible, uncleaned expanding foam from fixed panels, to name a few. I might be nitpicking, but these are purely my personal observations and do not necessarily reflect the general public's opinion. My apologies if any of my comments cause offense."

"First, the drawbacks: 1. The room was small, meaning the bathroom was also small. They offered a free upgrade, but I didn't see how big my original room was. The upgraded room was basically a small apartment of about 20-30 square meters. The decor was quite cozy. 2. The breakfast selection was limited, not as good as Atour or Ji Hotel, and doesn't live up to your Diamond status. My friend came to visit me this morning, and I was in the breakfast restaurant, so I told him to come find me... Out of politeness, I let him have some too. It was around 9 or 10 am, and he ate some fried rice with eggs, which cost me 48 yuan, a bit expensive... 3. Overall, the price-performance ratio is a bit low. I won't give it a bad review. Now for the advantages: 1. The service was extremely good, and the air conditioning was very powerful. 2. The overall decor was cozy, and the smart TV allowed me to watch movies and channels, unlike most hotels nowadays where the TV is just for show and everything requires a membership... 3. The room was very well-stocked with coffee, instant sugar packets, etc. I didn't drink any of the packets because I was afraid of having trouble sleeping. I took them all with me when I left—four packets of coffee, a bunch of tea bags, and sugar packets. They really put thought into this. 4. At over 200 yuan, it's a bit pricey. But with the Hefei consumer package, it's definitely a great deal around 150 yuan."

"We booked this hotel specifically for Jacky Cheung's concert. It's a brand-new hotel, conveniently located near Zhengda Plaza, with a vibrant pedestrian street right at its doorstep. The moment we stepped into the room, everyone, from the elderly to the children, was full of praise! It was spotlessly clean, spacious, and had a wonderful ambiance. The room was fully equipped with all amenities, including a refrigerator, kitchen, washing machine, and microwave. The front desk staff were very friendly and attentive, and they even offered us a complimentary breakfast for one day. We'll definitely choose this hotel again next time we're in Hefei."

"The hotel is very close to the airport, and the driver pick-up/drop-off service was incredibly convenient, exceeding my expectations.
