A well-deserved excellent hotel! The location is superb, right on Huaihe Road Pedestrian Street, surrounded by all sorts of great restaurants and shops, so you'll never have to worry about food. The room was clean and tidy, and watching shows on the 65-inch TV with screen mirroring was amazing! Breakfast was also fantastic, available from 6:30 AM all the way to 11 AM – so convenient. We even participated in a sachet-making event for the Dragon Boat Festival, and the staff gave us a lovely souvenir when we checked out. So thoughtful!

The lobby and public areas are incredibly well-designed, making every shot Instagram-worthy—perfect for those who love to document their experiences. The butler service is also very thoughtful; from check-in to check-out, every detail is meticulously handled, leaving you feeling truly pampered. The room's decor is also well-thought-out, making for a very comfortable stay. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and you can really feel the hotel's dedication. I look forward to my next visit and more surprises!

Traveling with a friend, and the experience was fantastic! The hotel was able to accommodate our requests in advance. For executive rooms, you can check in at the executive lounge, which is quick, quiet, and efficient. The executive lounge also offered a good variety of food and drinks. The manager was incredibly nice; they introduced us to local Hefei delicacies and recommended places worth visiting. At the end, they even gave my friend and me a hotel-themed souvenir!

Stayed in the Yin Hai King Room, and it was perfectly spacious for two people – not cramped at all. The experience was fantastic! The smart home controls throughout the room were incredibly convenient. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, the bedding was soft and luxurious, and the latex pillows were a nice touch. The amenities were high-end and effective. Everything felt new and well-maintained, making for a very comfortable stay. Plus, it's right on a pedestrian street, next to Mingjiao Temple, so the location couldn't be better.

This was my first trip to Hefei, and staying at the Westin Hefei was truly great value for money. The location is absolutely fantastic – the subway entrance is right downstairs, making it a 10-minute ride to Hefei Station and 20 minutes to Hefei South Station. Wanda Plaza, Xiaoyaojin Park, and Huaihe Road Pedestrian Street are all nearby. I called the hotel's main line beforehand, and a young lady named Li proactively added me on WeChat. Knowing that my husband and I were traveling with our grandson, she arranged for a complimentary breakfast for the child. On check-in day, a young man at the front desk, also named Li and wearing glasses, provided excellent service. He even used his phone to help us find directions for our outings. Seeing that we were seniors with a child, he also gifted us with Happy Hour access. We stayed for four nights and truly felt a sense of warmth, just like home. The hotel's location is excellent, with plenty of food stalls and snacks on the surrounding pedestrian street. It's the best choice for friends traveling by car, and parking is free (though SUV spots can be tight, there are plenty of spaces for smaller cars). The breakfast is also very good! 👍👍👍 The front desk staff are warm and welcoming.

This was my first stay at a Holiday Inn Express in Hefei, and the location is fantastic! It's super convenient for transport, and there are tons of unique local snacks nearby, which I loved! [grin emoji] The front desk staff were really friendly and efficient. The lobby is new and even has a tea bar. Great value for money. Plus, there's a Xinhua Bookstore right next door, perfect for browsing books and grabbing a coffee!

Excellent value for money. The room facilities were comfortable and thoughtful. Type-C and USB ports were provided. Tea bags and bottled water were nice and attentive to detail. The air conditioning was at a comfortable temperature. Breakfast was also good. The staff, chef, and front desk personnel were all very attentive yet respectful. It was a pleasant experience.

As soon as I walked in, I was shocked by the cleanliness. A room at this price point has absolutely no odor, no dust, no dampness, and no smoke. Very impressive hygiene! The hotel, which opened in 24 years, has very new facilities and environment. Moreover, the hotel is very cost-effective. The Dadongmen subway station is about 500 meters away. There are also shared electric cars at the door, and transportation is convenient. The laundry room on the 10th floor has a dryer and the laundry detergent is Dettol. There is absolutely no hygiene problem. It is a definite five-star experience. The housekeeping staff cleaned the room every day, and it was as if I had just moved in. They were very considerate in showing me the way. I don’t know which river is outside the window, but the scenery is great. The hotel is very soundproof, with no sound of cars outside and no sound of other residents. The air conditioning is very powerful and silent. The only complaint is that there is no USB port on the hotel's plug, so I put my power bank at the front desk to charge it every night. The front desk was very patient and never tired of it. If you need to find a hotel when traveling to Hefei, this Berman Hotel must be your best choice! Very satisfying experience!
