Hotels in Huaihe Road Pedestrian Street/Sanxiaokou, Hefei

One of the most satisfying hotels I've stayed at in China. Normally, I'd book a hotel with a smart toilet, but after researching all the reviews and the facilities at Fungee, I chose it and wasn't disappointed. The location is right next to the pedestrian street, which is very convenient. The hotel includes breakfast and many other services perfect for families, especially the laundry and drying service. Requests for additional amenities are all made via phone and delivered very quickly. There's also a free claw machine, which my child absolutely loved and even managed to win something from! However, the hotel should check its equipment; the air conditioner remote in room 403 was a bit hard to press, and the curtain in room 303 was stuck. Despite these minor issues, I still give it a 10/10 and will definitely return if I have another chance to visit Hefei.

The hotel boasts an excellent location on North First Ring Road, making it very convenient to take a taxi to shopping districts and pedestrian streets. There are also many diverse Anhui cuisine restaurants nearby, so finding food is effortless. The lobby incorporates elements of Huizhou design, creating a serene and elegant atmosphere without any noise or commotion. The moment you step in, you can feel the quality of a five-star hotel. Check-in was very efficient, and the staff were polite and gentle throughout. A special thanks goes to the Guest Relations Specialist, who communicated with me online about my itinerary in advance and thoughtfully prepared a handwritten welcome card and local souvenirs. The attention to detail was impeccable, and any requests I messaged were quickly responded to. They were gentle, professional, and always put the guest first. The guest room was spacious and airy, with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows on a high floor offering expansive views, where the city's nightscape could be fully enjoyed in the evening. The cleaning was meticulous; corners and bathroom mirrors were spotless. The mattress was moderately firm, and the soundproofing was excellent – I couldn't hear any traffic from the street during the day, ensuring a particularly peaceful night's rest. The bathroom amenities were comprehensive, and the toiletries were of high quality, making for a supremely comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet offered a rich variety, catering to both Chinese and Western tastes. The freshly cooked noodles and local beef soup tasted authentic, and there was a full selection of desserts, fruits, and hot dishes, all delicious. The hotel's facilities are comprehensive; the 24-hour gym is well-equipped, and the heated swimming pool has clean water, perfect for relaxing in your free time. From the concierge and front desk to room service, all staff members maintained an appropriate sense of discretion, never overly intrusive, yet always ready to assist when needed. Whether for a business trip or a short getaway, this hotel is highly suitable. I will definitely prioritize staying here again on my next visit to Hefei, and I sincerely recommend it to everyone!

Every time I visit Hefei, I stay here, and I'll definitely be back. The overall stay was a pleasant surprise! The hotel terrace is a highlight, with comfortable rocking chairs where you can relax and enjoy the breeze. The afternoon tea snacks and drinks were delicious, and enjoying them on the terrace with a view really enhanced the ambiance. The rooms were impeccably clean, the environment was quiet, and the service was thoughtful and attentive.

Take the initiative to introduce the hotel's breakfast time, elevator and laundry room location, and also carefully recommend the surrounding food and transportation routes, and inform the small details of avoiding the pit one by one, very professional and careful. I temporarily proposed that I want a quiet room type on the high floor. She actively coordinated and gave a welcome drink intimately. The whole process was gentle and patient, and there was no perfunctory feeling at all, which instantly relieved the fatigue of the journey. The overall environment of the hotel is clean and tidy, the lobby is clean and elegant, the rooms are cleaned spotlessly, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, the hot water is stable, the sound insulation effect is very good, the night rest is very stable, and the toiletries are complete and easy to use. The public areas are well maintained, the supporting facilities are complete, and it is very convenient to travel and eat. Carrie was still warm and welcoming when she checked out, and took the initiative to help store her luggage. The service was warm from beginning to end. Good hotels cannot be separated from their attentive service. Carrie's professionalism and gentleness are the biggest plus points for this trip. Very satisfied! They even upgraded our room! Everything was perfect, except for the air conditioning being too warm. The service was excellent – very friendly and attentive. The hotel's location is super convenient, right next to Huaihai Pedestrian Street. There are several Kawa Coffee shops and Zhanji Taosu within a few steps. It's really easy to get around. Next door to the hotel is Intime Department Store, which had a promotion: 200 off for every 1000 spent. I couldn't resist and ended up buying L'Occitane, Diptyque perfume, and a bunch of other stuff. Left with a haul!

I stayed here for one night on a business trip to Hefei and had a great experience. They offer free underground parking, and all the staff were very polite, always greeting me proactively. The room was clean and tidy, quite spacious, and the amenities were pretty refined. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the shower stall was large. The water pressure in the shower wasn't great, though the water temperature was stable, but strangely, the sink had excellent water pressure. Although the room faced the street, the soundproofing was good once the windows were closed. They also provided unlimited complimentary bottled water. Breakfast was extensive, and the hotel is within walking distance of the commercial pedestrian street, with plenty of dining options nearby. My only minor complaint was that when I booked, I was promised a high-floor room, but upon arrival, I was told it wasn't ready and would take a long time to prepare. It seemed like there was a lack of communication or coordination among the hotel staff regarding this promise. Despite that, my overall stay was very good, and I would definitely stay here again on my next visit.

we totally like this hotel. it is walking distance to night market and happening area but in a quiet place. there are few eatery shop downstair like steamboat, chicken rice lao xiang ji and convenient store. especially we like the window open up and let the fresh air come into the room. There are also a robot delivery at lobby so u can order food delivery whenever u like and the robot will send to doorstep for u (also mean no delivery man is allowed to get in the room. Friendly receptionist ans fast check in process too. And another small details the mirror in the washroom has defog function which is kinda appreciated during cold weather.

This was my first stay at a Holiday Inn Express in Hefei, and the location is fantastic! It's super convenient for transport, and there are tons of unique local snacks nearby, which I loved! [grin emoji] The front desk staff were really friendly and efficient. The lobby is new and even has a tea bar. Great value for money. Plus, there's a Xinhua Bookstore right next door, perfect for browsing books and grabbing a coffee!

The hotel's location is super convenient, really close to the subway exit and Huaihe Road Pedestrian Street. It's right by the 'Hefei Three Must-Dos' (presumably a set of popular attractions/restaurants), so finding food is a breeze. The staff member who checked us in was incredibly enthusiastic. Seeing we had a child, she specifically told us about a Chinese New Year activity where we could get ice cream if we participated. Since we had an early flight the next day, they even prepared a breakfast-to-go for us in advance. Special shoutout to Xiao Jin and Xiao Ye for their fantastic service!
