A well-deserved excellent hotel! The location is superb, right on Huaihe Road Pedestrian Street, surrounded by all sorts of great restaurants and shops, so you'll never have to worry about food. The room was clean and tidy, and watching shows on the 65-inch TV with screen mirroring was amazing! Breakfast was also fantastic, available from 6:30 AM all the way to 11 AM – so convenient. We even participated in a sachet-making event for the Dragon Boat Festival, and the staff gave us a lovely souvenir when we checked out. So thoughtful!

The location is absolutely fantastic! It's right next to Li Hongzhang's Former Residence and Huaibei Road Pedestrian Street, making it super convenient for dining and sightseeing. I bought some Kawa Kawa bubble tea and Taosu (crispy pastry), and they were both delicious! The hotel itself is clean and stylish. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming; they even upgraded us to a family room since we were traveling with a child, and their service was really thoughtful! Highly recommend it to everyone!

I highly recommend the Shangri-La Hefei! My recent business trip was absolutely flawless, and I have to give a special shout-out to Sara from Guest Relations. Even before I arrived, I coordinated my check-in needs with Sara. She was incredibly professional and attentive, proactively confirming my arrival time. Knowing I had business meetings, she specially arranged a high-floor room with a great view and even kindly upgraded my room type free of charge. The room itself was spacious and tidy, with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offering expansive views. The mattress was just right – not too soft, not too hard – and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring I could relax peacefully after a busy day. During my stay, Sara was always quick to respond to any questions, meticulously explaining the hotel's amenities: a 24-hour heated gym, an indoor pool, and afternoon tea at the Horizon Club Lounge. The breakfast buffet at Cafe Wan offered a rich variety, and the local Huainan Beef Soup was authentically delicious. Housekeeping kept my room spotless daily. The welcome fruit and handwritten card left in my room upon arrival truly showed their thoughtful attention to detail. Excellently located, the hotel offers free parking for self-drivers and convenient EV charging stations. The entire staff, from front desk to concierge, provided warm and courteous service, perfectly embodying the Shangri-La's commitment to guest care. Sara, in particular, was gentle and thorough, following up on my stay throughout and providing service that was just right, never intrusive. I will definitely choose this hotel again for future business trips or leisure stays in Hefei. I sincerely recommend it to all business travelers!

Stayed in the Yin Hai King Room, and it was perfectly spacious for two people – not cramped at all. The experience was fantastic! The smart home controls throughout the room were incredibly convenient. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, the bedding was soft and luxurious, and the latex pillows were a nice touch. The amenities were high-end and effective. Everything felt new and well-maintained, making for a very comfortable stay. Plus, it's right on a pedestrian street, next to Mingjiao Temple, so the location couldn't be better.

The Westin Hefei is always my top choice for business trips to Hefei. It offers incredible value for money, with a super convenient location right across from Wanda Plaza, and the night views are absolutely stunning. The room was spotless, the bedding soft, and all the facilities were great. A special shout-out to Tony from concierge for his warm and attentive service – he even prepared a welcome fruit platter for me! The breakfast buffet was extensive, fresh, and delicious. It's truly the perfect pick for both business and leisure travel.

This stay was absolutely wonderful, and I particularly want to commend Xiaokong and Xiaoling at the front desk! Both young ladies were incredibly warm and attentive. From their smiling greetings when I first walked in to the smooth and efficient check-in process, everything made me feel very comfortable. Xiaoling patiently and clearly answered all my questions about the room type and local transportation, all while being very kind. Xiaokong, during check-out, thoughtfully reminded me about the changing weather and proactively asked if I needed a late check-out – truly going above and beyond. Their service was professional yet friendly throughout, making me genuinely feel at home. Such excellent staff deserve high praise!

The front desk reception was warm and thoughtful, the check-in process was very smooth, the room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the overall experience was great! Great value for money! The hotel is conveniently located, with convenient dining and shopping nearby. The rooms are fully equipped, the sanitary conditions are very good, and the environment is elegant and comfortable! The room design is very stylish, the sound insulation is good, the mattress is moderately soft and hard, and I slept soundly. It is recommended for business and travel people! Excellent value for money! It’s really a surprise to be able to stay in such a hotel at this price. The room is clean and the service is good. I will choose this hotel again next time I come! 😊

This was my first stay at a Holiday Inn Express in Hefei, and the location is fantastic! It's super convenient for transport, and there are tons of unique local snacks nearby, which I loved! [grin emoji] The front desk staff were really friendly and efficient. The lobby is new and even has a tea bar. Great value for money. Plus, there's a Xinhua Bookstore right next door, perfect for browsing books and grabbing a coffee!

Excellent value for money. The room facilities were comfortable and thoughtful. Type-C and USB ports were provided. Tea bags and bottled water were nice and attentive to detail. The air conditioning was at a comfortable temperature. Breakfast was also good. The staff, chef, and front desk personnel were all very attentive yet respectful. It was a pleasant experience.

As soon as I walked in, I was shocked by the cleanliness. A room at this price point has absolutely no odor, no dust, no dampness, and no smoke. Very impressive hygiene! The hotel, which opened in 24 years, has very new facilities and environment. Moreover, the hotel is very cost-effective. The Dadongmen subway station is about 500 meters away. There are also shared electric cars at the door, and transportation is convenient. The laundry room on the 10th floor has a dryer and the laundry detergent is Dettol. There is absolutely no hygiene problem. It is a definite five-star experience. The housekeeping staff cleaned the room every day, and it was as if I had just moved in. They were very considerate in showing me the way. I don’t know which river is outside the window, but the scenery is great. The hotel is very soundproof, with no sound of cars outside and no sound of other residents. The air conditioning is very powerful and silent. The only complaint is that there is no USB port on the hotel's plug, so I put my power bank at the front desk to charge it every night. The front desk was very patient and never tired of it. If you need to find a hotel when traveling to Hefei, this Berman Hotel must be your best choice! Very satisfying experience!
