I highly recommend the Shangri-La Hefei! My recent business trip was absolutely flawless, and I have to give a special shout-out to Sara from Guest Relations. Even before I arrived, I coordinated my check-in needs with Sara. She was incredibly professional and attentive, proactively confirming my arrival time. Knowing I had business meetings, she specially arranged a high-floor room with a great view and even kindly upgraded my room type free of charge. The room itself was spacious and tidy, with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offering expansive views. The mattress was just right – not too soft, not too hard – and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring I could relax peacefully after a busy day. During my stay, Sara was always quick to respond to any questions, meticulously explaining the hotel's amenities: a 24-hour heated gym, an indoor pool, and afternoon tea at the Horizon Club Lounge. The breakfast buffet at Cafe Wan offered a rich variety, and the local Huainan Beef Soup was authentically delicious. Housekeeping kept my room spotless daily. The welcome fruit and handwritten card left in my room upon arrival truly showed their thoughtful attention to detail. Excellently located, the hotel offers free parking for self-drivers and convenient EV charging stations. The entire staff, from front desk to concierge, provided warm and courteous service, perfectly embodying the Shangri-La's commitment to guest care. Sara, in particular, was gentle and thorough, following up on my stay throughout and providing service that was just right, never intrusive. I will definitely choose this hotel again for future business trips or leisure stays in Hefei. I sincerely recommend it to all business travelers!

This experience is simply exploded! The room is directly equipped with a top-level 5070 graphics card, 260Hz direct screen, although the refresh rate is not particularly high, but it is enough for me. I went to Hefei with my family during the May Day holiday. We visited places like Sanhe Ancient Town and Li Hongzhang's former residence. Chaohu Lake is quite nice, and there are plenty of restaurants on the pedestrian street. The hotel is also very conveniently located to these places. The service is excellent, the hygiene is good, and the family rooms are spacious and comfortable, making it perfect for a family stay. I recommend everyone staying at the Gemei Hotel when visiting Hefei.

It is very close to Huaihai Road Pedestrian Street, and the service is patient and thoughtful. It is not an independent building. There is no smart service. The restaurant is also very small. But the service is very thoughtful. We went out to play and the clothes were not washed well. We handed them to the service staff, who not only washed and dried them, but also folded them and sent them to the room.

Stayed in the Yin Hai King Room, and it was perfectly spacious for two people – not cramped at all. The experience was fantastic! The smart home controls throughout the room were incredibly convenient. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, the bedding was soft and luxurious, and the latex pillows were a nice touch. The amenities were high-end and effective. Everything felt new and well-maintained, making for a very comfortable stay. Plus, it's right on a pedestrian street, next to Mingjiao Temple, so the location couldn't be better.

Health and service are OK. The facilities are too old, the bathroom is small, the indoor lighting is not complete, the lighting maintenance is not timely, and the four small ceiling lights are broken. The air conditioner is OK, the hot water is enough, the linen is clean, the external environment is OK, there are many restaurants around. The overall level of this hotel is a reasonable proportion of its low room rates.

The room is ok. More simple, mainly from the pedestrian street, the hospital is relatively close, still a bit noisy at night, there is no plug at the bedside, charging is not convenient to charge.
