Hotels in 1912 Block/National University of Defense Technology, Hefei

This is my first time trying an unmanned smart hotel, and it gives me a very good impression. The lobby is very nice. Check-in is also very convenient! I always tend to forget my room card when I stay in a hotel before, but now I can enter the room by scanning my face. All electronic devices in the room can be controlled by Xiao Ai, which is very suitable for a lazy person like me. There are also fitness equipment in the lobby, and it is also very pleasant to run and ride a bicycle in my spare time. The room is very clean and quiet, and I slept very comfortably at night. The hair dryer in the room is very textured and super comfortable to use. There is also a microwave in the laundry room, which is also very convenient. In short, it is an experience beyond expectations. This will definitely be my first choice!

Cindy was incredibly warm and professional, making our stay an amazing experience! She patiently answered all our questions and provided thoughtful, attentive service. Not only did she proactively recommend local dining spots, but she also helped us get a room upgrade. Her attention to detail was exceptional. Her smile and efficiency made us feel so welcome, and all our travel fatigue just melted away. I highly recommend Crowne Plaza Hefei, and a huge thank you to Cindy for her wonderful service. We hope to see her again on our next visit!

This is one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed at in China. The room was a great size, with a king sized bed, very soft L-shaped couch, desk, and a panorama window. There was a Japanese style toilet, a standalone tub, and a shower large enough to fit 4-5 people easily. The drain in the tub required extra force to lock into place, but it was a great size. The shower also had great water pressure. The only negative thing was, I couldn’t get the TV to display any channels. The staff did not speak English but they were very friendly and used their translators effectively. I highly recommend this place. It’s about 20 mins or so from the Hefei South train station and about 10 mins taxi from the 1912 bar *****.

Facilities: Overall, the hotel is relatively new, and each room has a separate password for the internet. You can do laundry. Toiletries and disposable slippers are provided. Hygiene: Relatively clean, and the supplies are relatively new. Environment: Parking spaces will be reserved at the door for guests who drive. Service: Very good. Check-out was delayed for a while due to some matters.

Facilities: Fully equipped. Cleanliness: Spotless. Service: The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Environment: Super close to the subway station, making it really convenient for getting around.

Upgraded to a zero-pressure room. The room is cleaned every day. The towels smell freshly washed. If you want to stay comfortably on a business trip, you should stay at the All Seasons.

The hotel is exquisitely decorated and stylish, and the room hygiene is particularly in place without dead ends. The staff is enthusiastic in service, take the initiative to help solve the problem, travel is convenient, cost-effective, and the stay experience is very satisfactory!

The hotel retained typical IHG standard and close to the metro station as well as buses. Walking distance to a small mall as well as a night market. Breakfast is mainly Chinese dishes and the variety is good, some dishes also got changed over 3 days stay. The only pity is the lack of a small fridge, which may not necessarily be for all the seasons but good for keeping some dessert and fruits during summer time. Generally good value.

As soon as I entered the door, the younger sister and brother at the front desk gave a cup of hot water. Very warm hospitality during the check-in ～, I was very patient to introduce the hotel facilities. There are reading areas, restaurants and laundry rooms on the 3rd floor. The breakfast category is very rich and tastes good. The room was clean and tidy as soon as it entered the door, the bedding was still very nice, and the sound insulation was good. I slept very comfortably all night. Highly recommend this! !
