Cindy was incredibly warm and professional, making our stay an amazing experience! She patiently answered all our questions and provided thoughtful, attentive service. Not only did she proactively recommend local dining spots, but she also helped us get a room upgrade. Her attention to detail was exceptional. Her smile and efficiency made us feel so welcome, and all our travel fatigue just melted away. I highly recommend Crowne Plaza Hefei, and a huge thank you to Cindy for her wonderful service. We hope to see her again on our next visit!

Cleanliness people are ecstatic! This hygiene is really impeccable, there is no stuffy smell when entering the door, the floor and bedside table gaps are clean, and the sheets and quilts are not hairy. The bath towels are individually packaged, the corners of the bathroom are polished, and the carpets and elevators in the public areas are clean and tidy at any time. The room is spacious, soundproofed online, the mattress is very relaxing, the hot water is fast, the small refrigerator is equipped with drinking water, the details are particularly attentive, the living is safe and comfortable, and the strong Amway.

Booked 3 standard rooms and picked a good place to stay when traveling with my family. The room is large enough and the location is good. You can see Wanda right outside. The front desk service is warm, including the security staff. The breakfast is also good ~ cost-effective. The disadvantage is that the window is small, which should be the original layout and difficult to change. I will consider staying there again when I go to Hefei because the room is large enough.

A very satisfying stay. When visiting Hefei, hotels around 1912 offer great value for money. It's convenient for dining and not far from Swan Lake by car. The hotel is new, well-equipped, and elegant, with very clean rooms. The hotel has parking and a gym, and the staff are very helpful and professional. Because we returned late, they even extended our stay. Overall, a very satisfying experience, and I'll definitely come back next year!

I stayed here for Jolin Tsai's concert in Hefei. It was super convenient to get to the stadium; a direct bus was available. The hotel was easy to find, the room was clean, and there were plenty of great dining options nearby! The toiletries, especially, smelled amazing. I forgot to take photos, but I'll definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.

It is very convenient to eat nearby and there is a free parking lot. The lady at the front desk is very enthusiastic and the service is excellent. The transportation, subway and bus are very convenient. I will choose this hotel next time.

The hotel boasts an elegant environment, filled with real orchids – truly deserving of its ”Orchid Hotel” moniker. The rooms were satisfactory, and the front desk staff were welcoming. The hotel also offers free parking and a gym.
