"Finally, we were able to experience the Grand Hyatt Hefei during this spring break, and it was a wonderful 2-night staycation! The Regency Deluxe Twin room was perfect - very clean, spacious, well appointed and with great city views. We enjoyed the onsen style bath in the room; the pool, steam and sauna facilities were all good. Room service was great, satisfying the midnight cravings of my family. Breakfast had an awesome spread - a balanced variety of local and western dishes. Dinner and drinks at the Club Lounge were pretty good, even for vegetarians. Drink selection was curated very well even if a bit limited. It was a great place to hang out after dinner and drinks, especially after we convinced our family friends to check in and join us the next nigh. Also, shoutout to the great service from the lovely club lounge staff! Special thanks to Lily, our WeChat contact, who went above expectations in being proactive and supported all our needs. We brought up something for improvement that aligns with current industry practice and she happily resolved it during our stay. Great customer service for sure!"

"The hotel has been newly renovated, and the facilities are quite complete. However, it's a hotel converted from an office building, so the soundproofing isn't great; I could clearly hear conversations from next door. The location is pretty good though – just 100 meters out, cross the sky bridge at night, and there's a street food night market. The cleanliness was decent, but the bathroom had a slight odor when I first entered the room. The environment was okay. The service was enthusiastic. Even though I arrived early and my reserved room wasn't ready, they offered to upgrade my room if I waited half an hour. In the end, it was still the room I originally booked, which wasn't a big deal. However, the noise from conversations and laughter next door at noon made it impossible to rest. After only a few minutes in the room, I asked to switch, and they eventually moved me to a room with a mahjong machine."

"The location is fantastic, right on Huaihe Road Pedestrian Street, with Li Hongzhang's Former Residence next door. It's super convenient for shopping and dining. Even though it's in a busy area, being on a high floor meant I didn't hear a single noise; it was incredibly quiet. The room was clean and quite spacious, with smart facilities. The only minor issue was that it was hard to put a cover on the smart toilet. The toiletries were well-stocked, even including body lotion. The breakfast restaurant was excellent, offering a wide variety of Chinese and Western dishes across different stations – very abundant. There were a couple of drawbacks, though. One is unavoidable due to its central location: driving in was tough. While there's a dedicated parking lot, the entrance road was often blocked, making it difficult to access. The other issue was with the elevators – for a 23-story building, only two passenger elevators meant quite a wait sometimes. Despite these minor points, I still highly recommend this hotel; the service attitude was also excellent."

"My stay at this hotel was excellent. The ambiance, cleanliness, and comfort were all top tier, and I would rate it 10 out of 10. The reception area is beautifully designed, and the view from the upper floors, especially the breakfast area, was a highlight. The location is very convenient, with street food, small shops, and cafés within walking distance. There is even a Luckin Coffee right next to the hotel, plus a small shop attached, which made things very easy. The staff were pleasant, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. The food was good, but I would have appreciated a bit more Western variety to make the experience even better. Overall, this is definitely a do-over for me. I really enjoyed my stay and would happily return."

"Highly recommend the InterContinental Hefei! 👍 It's centrally located by Swan Lake, close to Anhui Museum, Hechai 1972, and Leijie, making getting around super convenient 🚗. The room was spacious and comfortable 🛏️, equipped with an air purifier, and the bathroom was clean with no strange odors 🚿. Our dedicated butler was fantastic, providing attentive and thoughtful service 💁. They proactively offered us a quiet, non-smoking floor and even helped us order food and deliver it to our room 🍜. The kids were tired from sightseeing and were able to enjoy a meal as soon as we got back. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious 🍳; even though there were many people, everything was well-organized, and they even had some special Hefei snacks. Overall, a perfect experience! Kudos to all the staff. Staying here with kids in Hefei was incredibly stress-free. We received a lovely welcome gift upon check-in and a fridge magnet when we left, which made us very happy. Highly, highly recommend! ✨"

"The hotel's location is excellent; you can walk to Li Hongzhang's Former Residence and Xiaoyaojin Park, which are all close to Xiaoyaojin Pedestrian Street. The hotel service is outstanding; as soon as we entered the parking lot, the security guard helped us find a spot. The front desk staff even guided us on our travel routes. The breakfast was plentiful, with freshly ground coffee beans, and the taste was great. Highly recommend!"

"The room was great, spotlessly clean, and even had a smart toilet. From February 20th to 24th, the floor attendant on the 23rd or 24th floor (I apologize, I can't recall the exact room number) was exceptionally warm and professional. The breakfast was excellent! I got to try the local specialty, qiangguo mian (stir-fried noodles), and the chicken soup wontons were incredibly fresh and delicious. The freshly made pork buns were also fantastic. The chefs at the live cooking stations were all very friendly. I especially appreciated the thoughtfulness of having takeaway cups readily available next to the coffee machine. Sitting in the lounge on the top floor in the evening was a great way to relax. I had noted on Trip.com that my booking included a welcome fruit plate, and I also redeemed 1 point for one, but the front desk never mentioned it and it was not provided at any point during my stay."

"My stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Hefei, Shushan, completely exceeded my expectations. I have to give it a perfect score! The hotel is ideally located in the heart of the Shushan district, offering convenient transportation and excellent surrounding amenities, making both travel and leisure incredibly easy. The lobby is clean and elegant, with a simple yet grand design. Public areas are spotless and comfortable, creating a warm and peaceful atmosphere. The guest rooms are spacious, the bedding is soft and pleasant to the touch, and the soundproofing is exceptional. The bathroom features a wet/dry separation, and the toiletries are of high quality, showing great attention to detail. The breakfast offers a rich variety of both Chinese and Western options, all fresh and delicious, catering to diverse tastes. A special thank you to Sunny Zhu for her thoughtful service. From check-in to handling all my inquiries, she was consistently enthusiastic, patient, professional, and efficient. She proactively reminded me of important details and promptly assisted with my needs, making me feel truly valued and respected. The hotel's overall service is well-regulated and responsive, and the staff are friendly. It’s an excellent choice for both business and leisure travelers. The value for money is outstanding, and I felt completely comfortable and at ease during my stay. I will definitely choose this hotel again when I return to Hefei and highly recommend it to everyone!"
