"Came here specifically for Jolin Tsai's concert, and my bestie and I chose this hotel for our weekend getaway. The overall experience far exceeded our expectations! Self check-in was super convenient, no waiting in line, and the lobby decoration was grand and stylish. The room was spacious, with a projector, toiletries, and a desk and chair all provided. The whole room was smart-controlled by Xiao Ai for lighting, and the natural light was excellent. It felt very spacious and well-designed, perfectly meeting our needs and making us feel very comfortable. The hotel is right next to the subway station, just a few minutes directly to the South Station, making travel incredibly convenient. The location is excellent, we really picked the right hotel! In the evening, we walked to the popular pedestrian street for photos, and it was very vibrant. Staying at this hotel made me really satisfied with the entire city of Hefei. There are tons of food options downstairs. The surrounding environment is fantastic, and there's a huge Metro supermarket right across the street. The breakfast had a rich variety and tasted great. The front desk staff were attentive and enthusiastic, and there were even welcome goodie bags and afternoon tea, which tasted amazing. For just over 200 yuan, the value for money is incredible! I've already recommended it to friends who are planning trips. Whenever I come to Hefei for concerts in the future, I'll definitely choose this hotel!"

"Service: Absolutely fantastic! I've never seen executive lounge staff work so hard. Our butler, Xiao Guan, was especially wonderful and catered to our every request! We had a very comfortable stay; the kids didn't even want to leave. The hotel food was also delicious. The location is excellent too. Swan Lake is right downstairs, and in77 shopping mall is just a block away on foot. Walk a bit further and you're at MixC shopping mall."

"The location is great, right on Huaihe Road Pedestrian Street, making shopping very convenient. There's a Kawangka and a Zhan Ji downstairs, and it's super close to the Former Residence of Li Hongzhang. Subway access is also very easy, just a few minutes walk, and there are large shopping malls nearby. The hotel's front desk service was excellent; anything I requested was delivered quickly. The Chinese breakfast options were hot and delicious, which was a definite plus. Being on a high floor, it was very quiet, and I slept really well. Areas for improvement: When I brought my own sheets, they weren't neatly made up. The Western breakfast selection was limited, and the small bed in the family room had a rather basic headboard. I hope they continue to improve and get even better. Hefei is definitely worth a visit!"

"Finally, we were able to experience the Grand Hyatt Hefei during this spring break, and it was a wonderful 2-night staycation! The Regency Deluxe Twin room was perfect - very clean, spacious, well appointed and with great city views. We enjoyed the onsen style bath in the room; the pool, steam and sauna facilities were all good. Room service was great, satisfying the midnight cravings of my family. Breakfast had an awesome spread - a balanced variety of local and western dishes. Dinner and drinks at the Club Lounge were pretty good, even for vegetarians. Drink selection was curated very well even if a bit limited. It was a great place to hang out after dinner and drinks, especially after we convinced our family friends to check in and join us the next nigh. Also, shoutout to the great service from the lovely club lounge staff! Special thanks to Lily, our WeChat contact, who went above expectations in being proactive and supported all our needs. We brought up something for improvement that aligns with current industry practice and she happily resolved it during our stay. Great customer service for sure!"

"Finally struck gold! This hotel is absolutely amazing. The room was so clean it shined, and the bedding was so soft it felt like sleeping on a cloud. The front desk lady was incredibly gentle, and the breakfast spread had so many options I didn't know what to choose. The location is also convenient, right next to a shopping district. I'll definitely stay here again next time! This hotel is a godsend for business trips! The soundproofing is incredible; it was so quiet at night I fell asleep instantly. The toilet and screen mirroring were huge bonuses. The freshly ground coffee and pastries for breakfast were a thoughtful touch, and check-out was super fast, making the service incredibly efficient. Definitely five stars! This is my top choice! The room decor is so cute, I was jumping with joy the moment I walked in. The cleaning staff came every day to tidy up, and the playground downstairs was super convenient. They even have a special children's dining area for breakfast. The value for money is just fantastic! Scenic view lovers, rejoice! The room's floor-to-ceiling window directly faces the lake. Waking up to the morning mist around the lake was breathtaking. The bedding was so comfortable I didn't want to get up, and the staff were always available when called. Even parking is free. It was such a comfortable stay, I've already recommended it to everyone I know! It truly lives up to its reputation! The view outside is expansive, and you can watch the sunrise in the morning. The service staff are always available and responsive to every request. The freshly made noodles for breakfast were delicious and so heartwarming!"

"My stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Hefei, Shushan, completely exceeded my expectations. I have to give it a perfect score! The hotel is ideally located in the heart of the Shushan district, offering convenient transportation and excellent surrounding amenities, making both travel and leisure incredibly easy. The lobby is clean and elegant, with a simple yet grand design. Public areas are spotless and comfortable, creating a warm and peaceful atmosphere. The guest rooms are spacious, the bedding is soft and pleasant to the touch, and the soundproofing is exceptional. The bathroom features a wet/dry separation, and the toiletries are of high quality, showing great attention to detail. The breakfast offers a rich variety of both Chinese and Western options, all fresh and delicious, catering to diverse tastes. A special thank you to Sunny Zhu for her thoughtful service. From check-in to handling all my inquiries, she was consistently enthusiastic, patient, professional, and efficient. She proactively reminded me of important details and promptly assisted with my needs, making me feel truly valued and respected. The hotel's overall service is well-regulated and responsive, and the staff are friendly. It’s an excellent choice for both business and leisure travelers. The value for money is outstanding, and I felt completely comfortable and at ease during my stay. I will definitely choose this hotel again when I return to Hefei and highly recommend it to everyone!"

"The hotel environment is great! What impressed me most was the front desk staff, I think her name was Peng Beibei. Her service attitude was exceptionally good! She's a very enthusiastic young lady; when I forgot my room card, she even proactively went to the elevator to swipe it for me. It really shows the kind of service awareness and enthusiasm needed in the service industry today. I hope your hotel continues to thrive! "Facing the community, the environment is quite good, and the Chang'an community behind it is of good quality. The Chinese restaurant inside the hotel is excellent. You can also go to the restaurant in Chang'an Community, which is about 200 meters to the right from the hotel entrance. Five-star rating. The service standard of Shangri-La is outstanding, much better than several other hotel groups."

"As expected from a long-standing five-star hotel, the quality truly stands out. The check-in reception was warm and efficient, and they proactively upgraded our room. The hotel's location is excellent, right on the street but not noisy, and it's just a few minutes' walk to Huaihe Road Pedestrian Street. There's plenty of parking available. The bedding is comfortable, and everything is clean. We had a very quiet night's sleep. Plus, there's a subway station right outside the hotel, making getting around incredibly convenient."
