"We stayed in a room with two large double beds, and all four of us girlfriends felt the room was very cozy and great for chatting. The hotel even provides a foot-soaking bucket; we used it at night and it really relieved our fatigue. The young lady at the front desk was very patient and nice, answering all our questions. The manager showed us to the room first, and the service was very warm. The housekeeping ladies and the staff who delivered the foot bucket were a bit older, but extremely warm and felt just like senior family members, making us feel right at home. Lei Street is not far from the hotel—about a half-hour leisurely walk or a starting-fare taxi ride. Getting to the South Railway Station is also just a base fare away, which is perfect. Located inside an office building, the surrounding environment is quiet, and the breakfast is quite rich. It's a fantastic choice."

"Location: Very close to the Olympic Sports Center, just across the road. There are several large shopping malls nearby, making dining, entertainment, and shopping very convenient. Service: The staff are very conscientious and responsible. Online customer service is always available to reply to messages. Offline, from opening elevator doors to helping with luggage, they are always proactive and helpful. Facilities: In the room, the TV supports screen mirroring, and the toilet is smart. The electric curtains are especially commendable; they block out light perfectly, ensuring a good night's sleep. As for public facilities, there's a gym and a swimming pool, catering to guests with exercise needs."

"I rarely leave reviews, but I just had to for this one. First off, the service was excellent. Both the front desk and housekeeping staff were incredibly friendly and perfect! Secondly, the location is fantastic. It's right in the heart of the pedestrian street, making it convenient to get anywhere. Yet, on a higher floor, it's not noisy. The room views are also great, and the breakfast is quite extensive – everything you need is there. The hygiene, environment, and service all deserve five stars. I only gave the elevators four stars because both of them are a bit slow, whether going up or down. This is a common issue with older buildings, so just a heads-up for anyone who needs to catch a train or flight – you'll need to leave a bit earlier as the elevators are genuinely quite slow. 😅😅😂😂 Overall, if I have the chance to visit Hefei again, I'll definitely book this place!"

"The FUNGEE Hotel (Huaihe Road Pedestrian Street Yintai Center, Hefei) is located in the city center on Huaihe Road, offering very convenient transportation. The backyard parking lot is a huge plus. The rooms are very quiet with excellent soundproofing. The cleaning staff did a wonderful job, and the shower had plenty of hot water, making for a very comfortable shower experience. The hotel lobby is spacious, perfect for some quiet contemplation. The buffet breakfast offered a good variety of dishes and tasted great. Thumbs up!"

"I chose to stay at The Langham Hefei for Eric Chou's concert, and my experience exceeded expectations. Mindy, a staff member, arranged the room perfectly in advance, and the front desk even gave me concert merchandise, making my check-in very pleasant. The hotel is super close to the concert venue, about a 5-minute walk, and I could even hear Eric Chou's concert rehearsal from the hotel – it was so exciting! After the concert, returning to the hotel, they thoughtfully prepared ginger tea to ward off the evening chill, showing incredible attention to detail and warmth. The room was comfortable and quiet, the location was convenient for getting around, and the service was attentive throughout. Such thoughtfulness made me feel incredibly warm, and they even helped arrange a late check-out! 👍 I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I come to Hefei for a concert!"

"I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express on Huaihe Road Pedestrian Street for a business trip, and the overall experience was great. The hotel is centrally located with convenient transportation and a complete surrounding business district, making it very easy for work, meeting clients, and dining. It's also very close to Huaihe Road Pedestrian Street. The hotel is situated within a compound, offering a quiet environment away from the street noise, perfect for a peaceful night's rest after a busy day. The room was clean and tidy, with a spacious work desk and stable internet. The bedding was very comfortable. Check-in and check-out at the front desk were efficient, and the service was appropriate. There's also a gym for a quick workout and relaxation. As a brand under IHG, it's very suitable for business travelers."

"Before check-in, I communicated online with the hotel, and they kindly upgraded me to an Executive King Room, for which I'd like to extend a special thanks to hotel customer service, Ketty. The hotel's Superior and Deluxe rooms are quite old and lack separate shower stalls, requiring you to shower inside the bathtub. However, the Executive Rooms have been renovated and come with independent shower stalls. I particularly loved the layout of this Executive King Room. Each floor of the hotel has four Executive King Rooms. The ceilings aren't particularly high, but what truly amazed me was the window. While not a floor-to-ceiling window, it's like a perfect picture frame, capturing the outdoor scenery beautifully, especially at sunset. (I was lucky during my stay; perhaps because it had rained for a few days prior, there was a stunning sunset that evening.) If you catch good weather, you can wake up and enjoy breathtaking views right from your bed. It truly made me appreciate the ingenious design. Furthermore, the Executive Rooms were renovated in 2016. Even though it's been 10 years, they already had control switches for the curtains and sheers, which I think was quite advanced for its time. Although the switches look a bit dated now, they are refreshingly simple and easy to understand, unlike some newly opened hotels today where you sometimes stare at switches for ages, not knowing what each one does. I believe this is something current hotels could learn from. Given the hotel's age (I believe it was Anhui Province's first five-star hotel), it's understandable that the hallway carpets might have a slight odor. However, air freshener was sprayed in the room, so it wasn't an issue. Regarding hygiene, I found the basic cleanliness to be acceptable, though there were quite a few long hairs on the luggage rack and sofa. Also, the hand soap dispenser felt sticky when I first entered the room (I suspect a previous guest might have touched it after applying lotion), and there were some water stains in the kettle. I think the housekeeping department could pay a bit more attention to these details in the future. Breakfast is served in the revolving restaurant on the 29th floor, offering changing views from the window, which is quite unique. The food quality was decent, including some meat dishes like roasted chicken. Overall, it was good. However, one point I think needs improvement: I tried to find a waiter to clear my table, but three different staff members told me it wasn't their responsibility and that I needed to wait for the designated table clearer. After I finished getting all my food, the table clearer still hadn't arrived, and I couldn't even see where they were. Eventually, I had no choice but to ask for help a fourth time before someone came to clear the table. I suspect there might have only been one staff member responsible for clearing tables at the time, and they were overwhelmed. I suggest the hotel consider increasing staffing levels. (On that note, this also applies to nighttime service staff. It seems that at night, the concierge, housekeeping, and F&B departments are all off-duty, with only the front desk online. Sometimes, when the front desk staff deliver items to rooms, the phone might go unanswered. I once tried to call the front desk at night and it rang for two minutes with no answer, which I suspect was due to this very reason.) Overall, I think this hotel offers excellent value for money. Although it's older, it still performs well in certain aspects, giving off the vibe of an 'old Ferrari is still a Ferrari.' Its location is also fantastic, just a few hundred meters walk from Huaihe Road Pedestrian Street. Huaihe Road Pedestrian Street at night is bustling with life, where you can not only visit local favorites like KaWangKa and ZhanJi but also enjoy delicious food at specialty shops like Luzhou Roast Duck Restaurant and Huajiawang, making for a very pleasant experience. While there might be room for improvement in some hygiene details and staffing levels, it doesn't detract from it being a hotel worth staying at."

"The first time I stayed at this hotel, the overall experience was very good, #Location traffic, close to Huaihe Road Pedestrian Street, there are food stalls downstairs at night, close to Xiaoyaojin and Bao Park, close to the Ferris wheel, it takes 4 minutes to go to the subway station, and it takes 4 minutes to cross a bridge. Although it is close to the street, you can't hear the sound of the street when you close the window. Unless the racing party is racing on the road, there is no way to go to any hotel. It is quiet and very clean."

It's very convenient to call a ride-share from the hotel; they arrive within minutes, and it only costs about ten-odd yuan to get to most major attractions in Hefei. This hotel is an excellent choice for business trips, family vacations, or trips with friends to Hefei. It's also a great option for leisure or extended stays."

"I came to watch my idol's concert, and this hotel was recommended by a fellow fan. I have to say, both the service attitude and the hotel environment are excellent.
