The hotel was spotless and the facilities were brand new. The whole room was smart-enabled. I particularly loved the innovative design of the bathroom: the glass wall between the bathroom and bedroom can be frosted with a simple press of a button, providing complete privacy. This is a brilliant idea, much better than traditional curtains which are often inconvenient, difficult to clean, and prone to mildew. It really shows how much thought went into the hotel's design. The smart toilet throughout the room and the large floor-to-ceiling windows were also fantastic. Beyond the excellent hardware, the hotel's service was equally impressive. For just 300 yuan, they even included brunch, which is incredibly convenient for business travelers – no need to venture out in the summer heat to find a restaurant. The front desk staff were very attentive and accommodating, practically fulfilling every request. This four-star hotel offers five-star service, and I highly recommend everyone to experience it!

We arrived in Hefei today and chose to stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Hefei, High-tech Zone. Overall, it was a good experience, though with a few discrepancies. We had just spent several nights at the Four Points by Sheraton Wuyuan, and that stay was practically perfect. It's already summer, yet the duvet was still a very thick all-season one. Even though the air conditioning was powerful, it was too hot with it on and too cold without it. This not only wastes energy and isn't environmentally friendly, but it's also not very thoughtful or comfortable. There was no hand soap or body lotion provided. The breakfast was plentiful. However, the dinner included in our package was quite disappointing. The sandwich was incredibly salty and soggy. As for the pizza, using dragon fruit on it was certainly an innovative flavor, but perhaps the chef should try tasting it themselves.

The environment here is great, and the service is warm and friendly. The room entry is face-scan activated. Rooms facing the road can be a bit noisy, but it gets much better once the evening rush hour passes and you close the window. I requested a late check-out because I was in meetings all day, and the front desk staff was very nice and processed it quickly. The facilities like the gym, microwave, and laundry room are also well-equipped. Overall, it's very good, and I'll definitely stay here again next time!

This is a high-end hotel in Hefei, and I was quite satisfied with everything. The service was excellent. The rooms are spacious and well-designed. Breakfast offers a wide variety of options and is served until 10 AM. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, and they even have robots to deliver takeout.

Great location, right next to Zhenxing Road Metro Station. The front desk service was excellent, and the hotel was very clean. Plenty of restaurants nearby, so dining was super convenient. Overall, really good value for money.

I've been staying at the Fuma Hotel Hefei High-tech Zone for my recent business trips, and the experience has been fantastic! The room is very comfortable, and all the amenities are incredibly practical, especially the washer-dryer combo. Being able to wash and dry clothes whenever I want during my several-day stay is super convenient for business travelers. The breakfast offers a wide variety and is delicious, making for a pleasant start to the day. What's most thoughtful is the butler service; I didn't have to worry about a thing throughout my stay. Any issues I had, Cathy the butler resolved them immediately, which was a huge relief. This is definitely a place to consider for business trips.

This stay experience exceeded expectations and must be five-star praise! The appearance of the hotel is atmospheric, the reception is warm and thoughtful, and the check-in efficiency is very high. The room was clean and tidy, the facilities were complete, and the living was very comfortable. The most surprising thing is the supporting catering, breakfast is rich in categories, porridge noodles, pastries, hot dishes are all available, and the taste is online. There is also a warm heart supper noodles late at night, which is free of charge. It is especially healing to eat a bowl of hot noodles a day. The overall environment is quiet and not noisy, the service is intimate and meticulous, the details are full, the price is full, the travel accommodation is the first choice, I will choose to stay next time, I highly recommend it to everyone!

Stayed here again, same room, but a different experience. The room's overall cleanliness was still great, and this time the hotel really paid attention to the details! The room was spacious and comfortable, the shower had excellent water pressure, and the service was thoughtful and attentive. It was a fantastic experience, and my family was very happy with their stay too!
