"We booked the Atwell in advance for our May Day family trip, and the stay was excellent. My family was very satisfied with the hotel's service, room design, and breakfast. The hotel breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious options, blending local specialties with both Chinese and Western dishes. I especially loved the Gua Bao; they had two different flavors over our two-day stay, definitely a big thumbs up! The service was the most proactive, enthusiastic, and thoughtful I've experienced in a hotel in the past two years. On the afternoon of our second day, I was walking back to the hotel in a light rain, carrying some local specialties, when a staff member ran over with an umbrella to shelter me and escort me to the hotel entrance. I was very touched. The room's washbasin, shower, and toilet were all separated into three areas, which was very convenient. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Hefei."

"This time, I was on a self-driving trip and found a hotel that just opened this year, a renovated old property. The facilities are great, and the service is excellent. Even though it was newly renovated, there was no smell. **Environment:** The parking is free and has two levels. It feels like a resort. Getting around is easy by just calling a taxi. You can drive directly to the lobby entrance. **Service:** They upgraded us for free to a higher floor. The soundproofing was great, and we even received a complimentary fruit platter. Deliveries are brought up to the room by staff or the delivery driver. If you have any issues, just call. **Facilities:** The room has a mini-fridge and a safe. **Hygiene:** I stayed for two consecutive days, and on the second day, the hair in the bathroom wasn't cleaned, which I think is unacceptable."

"The hotel was spotless and the facilities were brand new. The whole room was smart-enabled. I particularly loved the innovative design of the bathroom: the glass wall between the bathroom and bedroom can be frosted with a simple press of a button, providing complete privacy. This is a brilliant idea, much better than traditional curtains which are often inconvenient, difficult to clean, and prone to mildew. It really shows how much thought went into the hotel's design. The smart toilet throughout the room and the large floor-to-ceiling windows were also fantastic. Beyond the excellent hardware, the hotel's service was equally impressive. For just 300 yuan, they even included brunch, which is incredibly convenient for business travelers – no need to venture out in the summer heat to find a restaurant. The front desk staff were very attentive and accommodating, practically fulfilling every request. This four-star hotel offers five-star service, and I highly recommend everyone to experience it!"

"Although the Ji Hotel is newly opened (right next to the north gate of Anhui University on Longhe Road), it was quite a pleasant experience. The staff were professional, enthusiastic, and very caring and considerate towards guests, making me feel warm and welcome. The hotel lobby was well-organized, and the rooms were particularly impressive (for example, the twin room I stayed in was neat, cozy, and fully functional), especially with its spacious counter and sofa – excellent! Additionally, the hotel has an underground parking garage, and the staff mentioned there were plenty of spaces (I didn't go down to check myself since I didn't drive this time), which is a great feature for those traveling by car. Furthermore, the hotel breakfast was also very good, with a wide variety of delicious options. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay at the Ji Hotel and gave it a 5-star rating!"

"They even upgraded my room for free, which I really appreciate! I got a business executive room, and the desk and chair in the work area were perfectly suited for productivity. The high-speed WiFi was seamless with no lag, and screen casting and multi-device connections worked super smoothly, making it incredibly efficient for me to catch up on work. Check-in and check-out at the front desk took less than 3 minutes each time – they were incredibly quick to respond to my business needs, even helping me with urgent printing, showing extreme professionalism. Cleanliness was impeccable; the work area and bathroom were spotless, with no hidden corners missed. The bedding was freshly ironed and odorless, showing great attention to detail. The noise control was outstanding; even though my floor was close to the elevator, there was practically no noise inside the room. I could work late and rest undisturbed. Plus, there was plenty of parking available."
