不推薦！！ 第一次碰到體驗感這麼不好的，我看有説提供管家服務，到了後卻沒有服務人員接，自己搬着行李到前台，房間繞來繞去，入住後，發現衞生很差，枕頭上有頭髮，推拉門響聲大等等！早餐種類不多，員工在現場都沒有帶口罩手套，感覺很不衞生，太多細節方面説明這家酒店內部管理和規範程度就存在很大漏洞，整個酒店給人感覺就非常不專業，怪不得住客那麼少，也是第一次見到前台還是坐着的，服務意識極差！

園區非常大，密度低，各種主題的房間都非常有特色，設計感比較強，可供孩子休閑玩樂的地方也很多。入住當天的下午茶及早餐很豐富

環境不錯，宜景宜居

優點： 磨灘在逐步開發，建築美麗，員工熱情，拍照出片，夜晚鄉村寂靜，難得的休憩。 早飯豐富，口味佳。 缺點： 房間樓上樓下隔音效果差 員工送餐用手端，完全可以引進小推車 蚊子多 水池設計不合理 房間沒有寫字枱，臨時需要用電腦或者房間用餐的時候不方便

The table was greasy and not wiped clean. The breakfast tasted bad. The buffet was full of semi-finished products. I saw flies flying from time to time, but no one took care of it. If I wanted to make a cup of coffee, the machine was too old and I had to wait. For a long time, the service staff looked unfriendly and unenthusiastic. Most importantly, my daughter still had diarrhea after eating. Rooms: A bit old. Although it says it opened last year, I didn’t notice it anyway. I guess the hotel was very good when it was first built. However, it has been ruined by not knowing how to operate it and having no professional experience. Many places are dirty and messy. It was very different from what was advertised, and it was not as delicious. Front Desk: When checking out, you put your room card at the front desk and call to remind you before you complete the check out. Not to mention, the quality of the staff needs to be improved. People just sit still when they come, and the service is passive. I can only say that this service is not worthy of the price.

The lazy guard sat in the guardhouse, not caring whether you are a tourist or a guest. When you walk up to him and stand up, ask why the hotel is, and the explanation is that the villagers are rehired. The hotel's moving line is anti-human, without any directional signs. This complex moving line is to reserve space for a bunch of art installations. The tooling design is a disaster. The construction level visible to the naked eye is almost guerrilla level. Rust, mold, and shedding can be seen everywhere. There are dozens of various anti-sky designs in the room, and I won't go into details here. In summary, this house design and interior design should have made a lot of money, just for the so-called artistic sense, a bunch of flashy things were made to deal with the LD inspection. The money was spent, and it was really rustic. The front desk lady is very nice, but the entire hotel staff has basically not received formal training, and the senior management should not be from a professional background. It is hard to imagine that this is a hotel that opened in 23 years. I don't know what it will look like in three years. I forgot to mention that during breakfast time, the employees went to turn over the dishes without wearing masks and sneezed on the spot. I haven't drunk milk made with milk powder for many years.
