環境好，就餐便利，前台給房間還升了級，我選的是湖景房間，翡翠湖美景一覽無餘。特別是大堂經理石艾玲管家式的服務非常周到細緻。以後有機會來合肥還會選擇。

接待我的是大堂經理，服務超級好，一開始覺得房間不太行很晚了也立刻過來帶我去新房間。早上還會專門提醒我早餐時間，有問題發給他響應速度非常快。專門問了一下名字叫張釗凡，下次再過來住還會再聯繫的

這個點評純粹是我想介紹一個好酒店。我住的是3號樓，八點飛機沒有吃早餐。但是酒店的環境太棒了，雨後繞了翡翠湖騎行一圈，太好了。
另外，房間設施也很棒，舒適，床也不軟，很適合睡覺。
我是十點到的，預訂的房間沒有退出來。前台經理（張釗凡）果斷幫我升級，謝謝，讓經歷過週一早大雨的我可以及時入住。
這酒店絕對是經開區的首選。
