酒店位置很好，離地鐵5號線很近，從合肥南站直接坐地鐵可到。酒店大堂非常氣派，房間乾淨，親子間是一個套房改造的，二個房間都很大。房間包含三份早餐，早餐豐富，餐廳環境很好，服務員都比較熱情

對前台接待不滿意，到店後聽到攜程訂的表情不爽，早餐不到9點半就開始收餐，陸續有客氣了看到沒東西了就走了，以後不會再來了。
