位置，房間都很不錯，性價比高。但前台服務員的服務和基本素質實在是太讓人失望，騙攜程，騙顧客！請大家擦亮眼睛，所有樓層03房間都不要選！！！因為就在貨梯旁邊，電梯上下噪音很大！
我定的尊享大床房，剛到房間就發現噪音非常大，沒法休息，電話請服務員調換房間，他説滿房沒法換。我説那我申請退款，他説入住不能退，然後就一句話沒有了。我沒辦法請攜程協調，攜程協調結果是免費幫我升級到套房。我拿着門卡上去一看，還是一樣的房型，我就納悶了，剛才不是説尊享大床房滿房嗎？而且攜程説協調結果是免費升到套房，打電話給他，他説攜程沒説，套房也滿了。我不知道是誰在騙我，就和攜程核實，結果攜程處理員直接怒了，打電話給那個前台，告訴他有錄音！最後才給我換的套房。
請大家一定注意，如果遇到類似問題，請攜程介入協調！環境和房間確實很好，建議加強對前台基本素質和誠信的培訓！
