希爾頓是一家知名的五星品牌，元一希爾頓地理優越，交通便利，門口就是地鐵站，離火車站也非常近，大廳裝修的十分豪華，前台小楊也非常友善熱情，下次出差還會選擇希爾頓品牌

住過的最差的希爾頓。裝修很破舊，淋浴房花灑是壞的，馬桶一直漏水，房間地毯很臟。房間裏有非常潮濕的味道，並且電話客服中心要求開窗，但無人服務（自己打不開窗户）。早餐很一般，完全不是希爾頓的水準，給大家避雷了。
