酒店硬件很好，細節有幾處影響體驗：1是房間座機撥打前台電話經常無人接聽或者很久才接，2是床上擺的迎賓花巾搭配的竹枝上有死蟲子而且掉到床上了，3是洗手皂開盒後同之前評價一樣赫然粘了一根捲曲毛髮在上面，4是酒店景觀缺乏維護，植物生長得過於茂密以至於有些潦草且蚊蟲眾多幾乎無法遊覽，背離了我選擇園林式酒店方便遛娃的初衷。

房間舒適，能看到巢湖，酒店大堂非常大氣帶有中式園林庭院，設施齊全，游泳池健身房都非常乾淨，略有不足的是入住第一天床上發現一衹小蜘蛛的屍體

衞生：本次預訂房間在地上一樓（帶陽台），室內床鋪乾淨整潔，夠用可以的。
服務：服務人員專業受訓，值得信賴，服務一流。
環境：酒店位於融創樂園附近，前方就是巢湖，背靠酒店羣和人造湖公園，安靜，早上，蟲鳴鳥叫，適合休息
設施：酒店羣內其設施最好。
窗外也能看到很多落葉🍂，室外落葉和窗外的雜草要想清理可能會花費很多人物力，這對於酒店羣內任何一家酒店來説，都不是那麼容易，所幸酒店內環境衞生很好，另，想看人造湖的，要從永樂半山那邊，人造湖視野和荷花才能看的廣，因為人造湖有很多葦桿遮擋
