續住不打掃，位置在小區裏面，沒有標誌不好找，辦理入住拖拖拉拉，白天很吵，房間很壓抑，窗户衹是出氣孔，交了按金退房後遲遲不退，

廣大網友真的不要來！！！！衞生真的很差一進門一股煙味就是別墅區改造而且弄的房間很小打開被子裏面很多短毛髮，我們都是長頭髮的配的東西又很少沐浴露和洗髮水就那麼小瓶而且沒有一次性拖鞋淋浴的水一般而且要開五分鐘才有熱水也不是很熱最過分的是我們連定兩天的房間因為行程有變想退一個晚上的房商家這邊不肯退還**的****説平台規則不給退，真的服了不想退就直接説還浪費我們那麼多時間去跟平台溝通最後面平台説是商家強烈不肯退房退費。這樣的商家我祝你早日倒閉，你們千萬不要來。。特別是那個男的接電話*的一批，女的還好。説好的洗衣房，洗衣機的被單不知道放了多久都沒有拿出來晾自己去洗衣服還要給洗衣液的錢另外收費真的服了。如果可以去住賓館酒店也好過住民宿太多**商家了！！同志們你們千萬別來，親身體驗，真的給我的感覺就是負一百分。印象太差了

進去的時候我人都傻了，定的是金牛座的房間，去的時候裏面都有人了，給我辦理入住進去才發現是個閣樓，最上面一間房，廁所上廁所都要彎腰，問客服這個房間太矮了，她説閣樓就是這樣的，閣樓房間的名字叫星空，我定的房間名是金牛座。我想不明白我房錢都付了，定的是這個金牛座的房間，為什麼最後剩一個最差的給我，如果我是預訂沒付錢，你們這樣我能理解，但是錢我都付了，這個房間不就是我的嗎？還讓我給好評，越想越氣不過，住的真壓抑
