The location is a bit disappointing, but if you give that up, it's the best hotel. But I think the location was good enough since it was less than 15 minutes away by tram. The facilities and service are really great

We booked this hotel last minute to visit Heidelberg, we are in shock when we go to the room because the room are well prepared & its cold! have aircond in it! We love all things in the room. all well. room with balcony, aircond, smart home functions, big flat tv with nexflix, coffee machine, kitchen & utensils. its complete like a studio house. The receptionist also so friendly. there is mistakes from Trip.Com state check out time at 12 but actually is at 11. then we not ready because we think the time was at 12. then they came & gave us time to check out. all so good for sure we will come again to this hotel.

Langsamer check-in, sehr nüchternes Zimmer. Badezimmer hat nach faulen Eiern gestunken, kam aus dem Abflussrohr des WCs oder der Dusche. Insgesamt hat das Zimmer nach Knoblauch gerochen. Alles insgesamt nicht wirklich zum Wohl fühlen. Leider nie wieder

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es war alles sauber und ordentlich. Das Bett schlief sich hervorragend!Für den ersten morgendlichen Kaffee war gesorgt. Man findet fussläufig gute Gaststätten und eine kleine Bäckerei mit leckeren Frühstücksbrötchen.Ein kleines Manko war die Lautstärke des Straßenverkehrs. Da musste das Fenster Nachts leider geschlossen bleiben. Ich werde das Zimmer sicherlich wieder buchen, wenn wir geschäftlich in Heidelberg zu tun haben.

Great location, very comfortable and nicely and practically furnished. Only the parking spaces in the underground car park were very tight and I didn't think it was appropriate to charge 12.00 euros per night for that.

My room was very newly furnished and spacious. Overall it was very clean, but the underside of the bed hadn't been cleaned for a while. Despite the modern furnishings, you could hear all the noises from outside. The location on the main road with the tram turning off is rather disturbing for people who are used to peace and quiet. Next time I would prefer a room at the back.
