"The hotel's location is excellent, just a 2-3 minute walk from the main train station. All the staff I encountered were professional, helpful, and very friendly. The hotel lobby has a small shop, and in the evenings, many guests would buy drinks and snacks to chat and relax in the restaurant area, which was very pleasant. The hotel WiFi was also very good. The room was well-equipped, the bed was comfortable, and it was very quiet. There's also a self-service laundry area; you need to buy a special token at the front desk for 6 Euros, which allows for a 180-minute wash. Drying also requires a token, providing 100 minutes of drying time. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. If I had to find a minor fault, it would be that the shower drain was a bit slow, causing some minor pooling."

"We booked this for a short stop in Heidelberg after our flight from the US before further travel. We wanted to find accommodations that were more roomy than a standard hotel. What I didn’t realize when I booked the room was that it is not a full service hotel but rather more of a luxurious extended stay apartment ( in a beautifully refurbished former cigar factory!). And what a nice surprise: Gibreel contacted us ahead of time to inquire about any requests we’d have for stocking food; he greeted us promptly on arrival and was always available for help with anything we might need, day or night. He’d made a point not only to stock the fridge with our requested food, but to also make sure he left some freshly baked croissants from a local bakery! The 2 bedroom suite was modern, beautifully furnished, well equipped (full kitchen!) and perfectly maintained, in a very nice quiet neighborhood just about 1km from the Old Town. It’s a great apartment setup for anyone needing a room for an extended stay for business (great WiFi), medical or other reasons. A big thanks to Gibreel for making our stay so easy and comfortable!"

"The staff are the heart of the hotel. From the reception at the reception through the restaurant to breakfast care were all hearty, helpful and sympathetic. We have a very delicious dinner in the restaurant. The room was a little small, the bathroom was modern. The hotel is beautifully located on the mountain above the castle, but the way to the old town is very tough to foot. There is only car or the mountain tram (up to 20:00)."
