Heidelberg Hotels with Parking

Located within 1 kilometer of the central station, with a shuttle bus from Frankfurt Airport, it offers convenient access to tourist attractions, and there are plenty of places to grab a bite to eat and cafes nearby – the location is superb. Breakfast is fantastic, with about 10 kinds of fresh juices including smoothies, and various canapés – the variety is incredible, and the service is friendly and top-notch. You can make coffee in your room using the coffee machine, and there's free fruit-infused water at the entrance. The lobby is spacious, with tables and sofas, and power outlets – simply wonderful! The only downside is the lack of any markings at the shuttle bus departure point. Furthermore, even though I had booked the return shuttle the day before, and it was the first departure of the day, it seems there was a mix-up and they couldn't even pick me up before it departed. Because I called about 10 minutes past the scheduled time, it arrived 20 minutes later, almost full with only one seat remaining. While this isn't the hotel's fault, I felt the lack of markings at the departure point was something the hotel could have addressed, so I'm mentioning it.

The location is excellent. It's an 8-minute walk from the back of the train station after you get off. Public buses and trams are also convenient for getting to various places (pedestrian street, old castle, Neckar River, hospitals, university departments). The suite is spacious enough and has a small kitchen. Breakfast is 18 euros, and the restaurant is large with good food, coffee, and various teas. The hotel's courtyard/lawn is huge, and it's very pleasant to have a drink there in the evening. There's also a laundry room.

I was very embarrassed when I arrived the day before I received a notice that I couldn't check in after 7pm. The door was not open and I couldn't park, so I contacted the person in charge in a hurry and received the door password through the Watts app. This is the first time I've been so embarrassed. I think it's a very good accommodation if you can get there early. The room is big, the facilities are clean, and I like the terrace, but if you arrive late, it's quite shiny. The parking lot is also very narrow, if it's not your car, parking is very difficult.

Nice and clean rooms. Parking is at extra costs at the hotel car park. Very little communal area. If you just want a room to sleep for the night, it is fine. But if you travel with friends and would like to sit around and chat with a coffee, there are not much facilities at the hotel. It would be nice if at least they can offer some tea and coffee at the reception area.

Great location by the Neckar River, easily reachable on foot from the main train station. The staff were multilingual and extremely accommodating. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection. The major drawbacks were the small rooms and, especially, the very outdated furnishings throughout the entire hotel. Our bathroom was clean, but the tiles and bathroom fixtures felt like they were from the 70s, and the ceramics (sink and toilet) were deeply and darkly scratched. The air conditioning in our room wasn't working and couldn't be fixed. The bathroom light went out, but that was successfully repaired. Despite these deficiencies, we were not offered another room.

For me, this apartment hotel is a very suitable and overall excellent place to stay. The room is pleasantly quiet, allowing for good rest. I especially appreciate the air conditioning: it works perfectly and automatically switches off as soon as a window is opened. Additionally, there's a kettle and a coffee machine available, so you can make tea or coffee anytime. Coffee capsules and tea bags are provided in ample supply.

Hotel front desk service is very good. It is a very old hotel, the key we used feels like the 18th century. Most rooms have terraces. It feels like a typical German country-style hotel with a good view around. It is about 10 minutes drive from the King Lake boat ride and about 30-40 minutes walk. The bed is soft and the bathroom is small.

The location is central on Hauptstraße which meant we could walk the old town and shop/eat/site see including the Old Bridge. The reception was helpful and responsive, and the accommodation was quiet

Was a great stay at hotel Bayrischer. Location was easy to find and check in was seamless. Parking was a little complicated and not really convinent to get to hotel and then park, so ask about it beforehand if driving. But stay here was great and was easy to walk to all the sights nearby. Although I did forget to take photos of the hotel as we went out to explore. Hotel room was big and super quiet. Highly recommend for a stay in Heidelberg.

The room door lock was broken and hadn't been fixed after two days. Every time I went back to the room, I had to go up and down several times. Finally, I had to ask a staff member to open the door. The bathroom had a terrible odor. The room size was good, and it was close to the old town.
