Amazing
JJianniangThis is one of the few privately owned five-star hotels in Europe. It is indeed a five-star hotel in terms of rooms, services, breakfast, etc. The room is European style, simple and comfortable, and it is worth experiencing. A room for 3 people can have an extra bed, which is a wall bed, which is relatively rare. It was a surprise on this trip to Europe.
GGuest User
GGuest Userthe room comes with 2 double bed, enough for 4 people.. clean.. come with parking connected to the room building so no need to walk far from the hotel.
YYangguangxiaxingzouderenThe hotel is right next to Heidelberg University and parking is very convenient.
Breakfast is simple, but it feels good
I opened the window in the room where I could see the church, and I was woken up by the bell of the church's holy gods early in the morning
PPaul Kwok CHThe hotel is new and well furnished with clean room. The location is good with supermarket, lots of restaurants nearby. Unfortunately, there is not enough parking places.
杨杨The location of the hotel is very good. The Lake Lucerne capel bridge is just outside the balcony. It’s easy to walk to the city center. It’s just hard to find the road to the hotel by car. The parking fee of 33 Swiss francs a night is also staggering
JJazzymneHotel is only one stop by tram from the main railway station. Hotel staffs are very nice and helpful. Just that the hardware are quite old, you can tell from the carpet, wallpaper and the hardware especially the bathroom style is unbearable with this price. Strongly recommend a renovation to keep up with the brand name.
GGuest UserI booked a hotel a month ago, and I didn't choose to cancel at any time because I had to go out. But on the day of booking, my friend asked me to stay at her house, and when I asked, the hotel said I couldn't cancel. I told them that it was my birthday and I wanted to change my plans at midnight, but they wouldn't let me cancel. I feel like Ctrip members are useless in Europe. The hotel didn't let me cancel according to the policy, and I have no problem with that, but I will never choose Leonard next time. This was my first and last visit. It looks very close to the old town on the map, but it's not. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the train station, and the old town is about the same. I personally think the location is not good either. There is only one Aldi supermarket nearby, and Kaufland is about one stop away.
QQifei MarieLocation: It is located in a Dutch residential area 4 kilometers away from the center of the old city of Heidelberg, so the location is on the outskirts of the city. If you rent a car privately, it is no problem. If you want to walk out at night, don't choose this hotel. On the navigation route, we turned around several times due to road construction, and I thought we had chosen a rural area.
The hotel is very cost-effective and much cheaper than the old town. The breakfast is a typical German breakfast, which is very good.
The hotel is small, with only thirty or forty rooms, and the facilities are new.
I thought I had chosen the wrong hotel, but when I had breakfast in the morning, I discovered that this hotel was highly booked by foreigners. There were almost no people of color. It was entirely a hotel occupied by Germans.
