Clean, good location, by the Neka River, a few minutes walk from the old bridge, next to the Heidelberg University canteen, there is a bus stop at the door, although close to the river, but very quiet. The interior is not luxurious, but very warm. Send an email in advance to communicate the check-in time, reply quickly, the front desk service is efficient and very thoughtful. After the staff is off work, it is very convenient to use the password to enter and exit by themselves. I like it very much and will choose to stay in the future.

GGedebaoThis hotel is perfectly located for tourists. It's right in the tourist area, with the Old Bridge visible to the right and the church to the left. The street just outside the entrance is bustling with food and souvenirs, and is usually bustling with people. This can be a little inconvenient for drivers, as they often can't get in, requiring you to leave your luggage at the intersection before bringing it in. If you arrive early, you can park your car at the entrance and unload your luggage. Parking is available in a slightly more accessible parking lot. Because the hotel also doubles as a restaurant and accommodation, there's no lobby on the ground floor; it's all dining. The reception desk is small and rarely occupied. There are only about a dozen rooms, and the windows face the busy street, but it's not too noisy, although there are earplugs on the bedside table, apparently for noise cancellation. The room was cozy, with two windows and an old-town feel. The bed was comfortable. Overall, the experience was excellent, and I felt like I couldn't get enough of it.

杨杨The location of the hotel is very good. The Lake Lucerne capel bridge is just outside the balcony. It’s easy to walk to the city center. It’s just hard to find the road to the hotel by car. The parking fee of 33 Swiss francs a night is also staggering

MMa Ke 73Location, location, location. What a great spot for exploring the old town and Christmas markets! Despite being on the main strip, our room wasn’t noisy at all.
The room is huge, the service was excellent and the breakfast was great. Would definitely recommend as a great place to stay.

The reception was helpful and responsive, and the accommodation was quiet

GGuest UserThe check-in process was very interesting as you have to register your own key card yourself. The hotel was very clean overall and the receptionist was friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay. The room was modern and well equipped and the bathroom also made a great impression. Overall a very pleasant stay - I would come back anytime!

YYUThe hotel is close to the Town Hall Square. The building itself is also very historical. Although the infrastructure is average, the location of the hotel is excellent, the breakfast is simple, but the food is full and the boss is very friendly. There is a paid parking lot not far from the 12th car park. The sixth picture is the hotel.

AAyse NurselDener hotel was very good. You can walk around. The tram and buses are leaving near the hotel. The river is very close. You find yourself on the streets where you have historic houses.
There is no lift. There is a very nice seat in the room. I wish it had a chair. No sac dryer. The room is clean and comfortable. We were very happy. We will try to come back.
