Mmargie3039Great hotel. Clean, good location, by the Neka River, a few minutes walk from the old bridge, next to the Heidelberg University canteen, there is a bus stop at the door, although close to the river, but very quiet. The interior is not luxurious, but very warm. Send an email in advance to communicate the check-in time, reply quickly, the front desk service is efficient and very thoughtful. After the staff is off work, it is very convenient to use the password to enter and exit by themselves. I like it very much and will choose to stay in the future.

BBubaideqiangweiThe location is unique! Go out and turn right 20 meters is the copper monkey! The waiter is very good, there are apples in the elevator room to take. There is a hot water bottle without slippers. Breakfast also has cheese cake! good. However, the hotel sent an email at 1 pm on the day of check-in, there was no hot water, either could not take a bath or change the hotel. Very affecting the mood! However, Trip.com communication was very fast and compensation was given. We later decided to stay at this hotel and did not take a bath. People who book this hotel have to be careful about hot water system problems.

杨杨The location of the hotel is very good. The Lake Lucerne capel bridge is just outside the balcony. It’s easy to walk to the city center. It’s just hard to find the road to the hotel by car. The parking fee of 33 Swiss francs a night is also staggering

MMa Ke 73Location, location, location. What a great spot for exploring the old town and Christmas markets! Despite being on the main strip, our room wasn’t noisy at all.
The room is huge, the service was excellent and the breakfast was great. Would definitely recommend as a great place to stay.

YYUThe hotel is close to the Town Hall Square. The building itself is also very historical. Although the infrastructure is average, the location of the hotel is excellent, the breakfast is simple, but the food is full and the boss is very friendly. There is a paid parking lot not far from the 12th car park. The sixth picture is the hotel.

AAyse NurselDener hotel was very good. You can walk around. The tram and buses are leaving near the hotel. The river is very close. You find yourself on the streets where you have historic houses.
There is no lift. There is a very nice seat in the room. I wish it had a chair. No sac dryer. The room is clean and comfortable. We were very happy. We will try to come back.
