3-Star Hotels in Heidelberg

The location is unique! Go out and turn right 20 meters is the copper monkey! The waiter is very good, there are apples in the elevator room to take. There is a hot water bottle without slippers. Breakfast also has cheese cake! good. However, the hotel sent an email at 1 pm on the day of check-in, there was no hot water, either could not take a bath or change the hotel. Very affecting the mood! However, Trip.com communication was very fast and compensation was given. We later decided to stay at this hotel and did not take a bath. People who book this hotel have to be careful about hot water system problems.

The location has nothing to say, the service attitude is good, the parking lot is separated from the wine, and you need to communicate at the front desk to understand.

Location, location, location. What a great spot for exploring the old town and Christmas markets! Despite being on the main strip, our room wasn’t noisy at all. The room is huge, the service was excellent and the breakfast was great. Would definitely recommend as a great place to stay.

Catch up with the weekend, so the rooms are very expensive. The room I booked is a single room with a 0.8 meter bed. The sink for brushing teeth and washing face is next to the desk and bed. The space is cramped. Health is not bad, but the water in the bathroom is very slow, and the accumulated water can reach the ankle. This experience is not very good.

The location is central on Hauptstraße which meant we could walk the old town and shop/eat/site see including the Old Bridge. The reception was helpful and responsive, and the accommodation was quiet

Overall we had a pleasant stay. The hotel is close to the train and bus station so good for those arriving after a long journey. It’s also not too far from the downtown area and has easy access to public transportation. The room was a little small but very comfortable. We didn’t have too many interactions with staff but we were fortunate that the check in desk was open when we arrived as they are only open a few hours a day and the self check in machine could not recognise my booking.

The room is large, but feels very old, and the bed is very comfortable! The front desk service is a bit basic. To park, you need to go to a nearby parking lot, which costs 17 euros for a whole day.

It was nicely located. Room was spacious then the picture. Bed was comfortable and water pressure in the shower was good. It had a walk in closet too.

The hotel is close to the Town Hall Square. The building itself is also very historical. Although the infrastructure is average, the location of the hotel is excellent, the breakfast is simple, but the food is full and the boss is very friendly. There is a paid parking lot not far from the 12th car park. The sixth picture is the hotel.

Dener hotel was very good. You can walk around. The tram and buses are leaving near the hotel. The river is very close. You find yourself on the streets where you have historic houses. There is no lift. There is a very nice seat in the room. I wish it had a chair. No sac dryer. The room is clean and comfortable. We were very happy. We will try to come back.
