The Goldener Falke hotel in Heidelburg overlooks right onto Marketplatz where the part of the Heidelburg Christmas market is. Its also just a few steps from the Funicular that takes you up to Heidelburg castle.
The hotel is small, but extremely comfortable. Great breakfasts in the morning, and the staff are very helpful.
This hotel was the cutest/most memorable of our recent 5 city Christmas Market tour through Europe.

Restaurant und Hotel waren bei unserer Ankunft geschlossen. Unter der angegebenen Telefonnummer war niemand zu erreichen. Sind dann mit bestehenden Hotelgästen mitgelaufen und haben auf Mitarbeiter gewartet.
Zimmer sind mit viel Charme eingerichtet, das Bett ist aber ausserordentlich weich.

We loved how charming this hotel was. We have family from Germany that couldn't join us, but staying here helped us feel closer to them. The views of the town and the castle were wonderful. Staff was wonderful. We highly recommend staying here and will likely return ourselves!

Wir waren nur für eine Nacht hier. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, das Frühstücksbuffet lecker und reichhaltig. Zentraler geht nicht, parken im öffentlichen Parkhaus gleich um die Ecke mit Rabatt.
