"Clean and hygienic. The staff were very friendly and spoke excellent English. It's right next to the train station, making transportation incredibly convenient. You can also take bus 20 for about 15 minutes to reach the Old Town, which is perfect for exploring and visiting the castle. The hotel breakfast was incredibly rich and varied, and the staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming. The hotel itself is very new and spotlessly clean. Highly, highly recommend! 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍"

"The hotel's location is excellent, just a 2-3 minute walk from the main train station. All the staff I encountered were professional, helpful, and very friendly. The hotel lobby has a small shop, and in the evenings, many guests would buy drinks and snacks to chat and relax in the restaurant area, which was very pleasant. The hotel WiFi was also very good. The room was well-equipped, the bed was comfortable, and it was very quiet. There's also a self-service laundry area; you need to buy a special token at the front desk for 6 Euros, which allows for a 180-minute wash. Drying also requires a token, providing 100 minutes of drying time. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. If I had to find a minor fault, it would be that the shower drain was a bit slow, causing some minor pooling."

"The location is very good, there are many foods nearby, very close to the shopping street pedestrian street. Self-driving parking for 19 euros a day, and after checking out the next day, we agreed to let us continue to park for a while. When I left, my friend's car hit, and the hotel staff was very patient to accompany the problem. Very friendly, a beautiful young lady, thank you!

"We stayed here for 3 nights and had a great experience overall. The hotel is very clean and feels almost brand new. We were booked into an apartment, which was excellently equipped with almost everything we needed, including a full kitchen setup with glasses, mugs, knives, dishes, and utensils. To our delight, the hotel surprised us with an upgrade to a full suite, which was a very pleasant gesture!
The only downside to our stay was that the air conditioning was not functioning. This seems to be a general issue we have encountered with many hotels across different cities in Germany over the last 3 years. However, the management handled it professionally; they tried to compensate us for the inconvenience and proactively provided us with two stand fans to keep the room cool.
Because of the excellent service, cleanliness, and great amenities, I am definitely looking forward to staying at this hotel again in the future if I pass through Heidelberg."

"The hotel is next to the train station but there is an abandoned big shop in between the station and hotel. Walking to the hotel at night can be dangerous for solo traveller, in front of the place is a car park, and many stranger and homeless people is around the station.
However, the bus and tram station is also next to the main station, it make it very convenient to the market.
The room is smelly (not smoking smell) , not sure what it is.
Front desk staff is helpful and allowed to store luggage during checkout."

"Nice hotel, very friendly staff, delicious breakfast and more than enough, one diner in the restaurant was also very good.
Sometimes the floor where we slept was a little noisy, And after our opinion the rooms were 2, 3 grades to warm."

"The accommodation experience is average. The main reason is that the road at the entrance is under construction, and the road at the entrance is blocked. It is impossible to walk (in fact, this needs to be explained or refunded in advance). It takes 10-15 minutes to walk from the train station, and the road is not very convenient. Walk.
The hotel is not a large hotel, it is small, the facilities are average, and it is clean."

Great
GGuest UserI have two rooms in December before Christmas and it was one of the most comfortable bed I had for the two weeks trip. Two nights here and my baby son loves their breakfast. It comes with hot food and cold cuts, cheese and on table side orders for eggs. I tried the shashouka but I don’t really like it because the cumin was too strong. I had lovely champagne for my breakfast and can’t complaint more. Coffee normal, tea selections are great! I would come back again to this chain hotel. The only bad things is the location is slight far from train station, we pulled 2 big luggages, 1 medium size luggage, 1 stroller all the way to the hotel and decided to call for taxi when we depart.
Afterall good stay and safe and quiet neighbourhood.
MMiyachaiA bit far from the city center, so it's best suited for those traveling by car. It offers good value for money. The hotel room was clean, tidy, and comfortable, and the breakfast was decent. Although the hotel facilities look a bit dated, they are very well-maintained. The only downside is the lack of an elevator, which makes carrying luggage upstairs a bit inconvenient. Otherwise, everything else was good.
MMiaomiao68The hotel is in a relatively modern area of Heidelberg, not in the old town. Parking is located downstairs of the hotel and costs 14.8 euros. The room is quite clean and not too big.
GGuest UserThe location is a bit disappointing, but if you give that up, it's the best hotel. But I think the location was good enough since it was less than 15 minutes away by tram. The facilities and service are really great
GGuest UserA very friendly welcome. The rooms are large and spacious. The suite was equipped with a kitchenette and two induction hobs. Despite the lively residential area, it was quiet. Sleeping with the window slightly open was possible.
Unfortunately, breakfast is not offered. I had to go to the Rewe supermarket or the bakery – a three-minute walk away.
GGuest UserAll in all, not a terrible stay. When we first got there to check in the front desk was closed even though it was 5pm and check in was until 10, and the automatic check in machine was broken with a note on it to pick up our room keys at the hotel across the street. We went there and they had no idea what we were talking about so we had to carry our luggage back across the street after contacting trip.com who replied IMMEDIATELY (thank you guys so much your customer service is incredible!) we got the number to call the hotel after hours and it turns out they forgot to leave our keys so they sent someone back over to let us into our room. We got into our room and it wasn’t the room we booked, it was a room in the attic that on one side I couldn’t even stand up without hitting my head (I’m 5”3) but it had AC and it was a place to rest our heads so it could wait until morning. The next day when we came down we mentioned the room error and the look the first guy gave me was full of contempt, so his customer service was awful. I know I don’t look like a conventional woman with my hair and tattoos and I understand different cultures can collide but that’s fine, though when the manager came to talk to my fiancé his attitude perked up a bit and he found a smile. They got us in the correct room and this room was a normal size but the ac unit for that room is a portable roll about one that the hose wasn’t sticking out the window with the netting correctly and they tried to come fix it (duct tape) but then the hose broke but my fiancé found a way to shove it out the window and it took awhile to get the room cooled down but then it was great. After that the rest of the trip went well, the woman with the copper/red hair was super nice and overall we really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was a really good breakfast and the hotel is in a great location with secure parking. Check out Lino’s around the corner for fantastic drinks and the döner place downstairs is killer.
It’s most important that most Germans don’t approve of AC so keep that in mind if that’s important to you that you double verify where you book. All the trouble aside we would definitely stay here again, just don’t count on the blow dryer in the room or the AC to work and room service may need to be requested multiple times.
GGuest UserHeidelberg is worth visiting, it is a very comfortable city. First of all, the hotel is very close to the highway exit. Although it is on the side, it is very convenient to go to the central square. Parking on the roadside is free. The front desk guy is very humorous and street free. Of course, if you want to be safe, you can also park in the parking lot next to it for 10 euros. Secondly, although the room is small, it has everything. The bathroom is still OK and not crowded. The family room for three people is enough and feels quite warm. Finally, Heidelberg is beautiful in the morning. Walking on the Philosopher's Trail and overlooking the entire old town of Heidelberg is still very impressive. In addition, Heidelberg Castle is also worth going up. Looking at the old town from here, you can take pictures of the red bricks and white walls on the postcard.
MMichaelOverall we had a pleasant stay. The hotel is close to the train and bus station so good for those arriving after a long journey. It’s also not too far from the downtown area and has easy access to public transportation. The room was a little small but very comfortable. We didn’t have too many interactions with staff but we were fortunate that the check in desk was open when we arrived as they are only open a few hours a day and the self check in machine could not recognise my booking.
RRebelheartLocation: across the street, ~5 mins from the hbf.
Reception: allowed early check in; they don’t always have someone at the counter so just give them a call and they will open the door for you (met some other guests, really nice people who helped me make the call!)
Lift: old and small but it works!
Room: double bed = 2 single bed merge together. had some flies initially because they left the window open to air it, service staff helped to get the flies out.
Toilet: small but manageable if you are petite, may not be suitable for big size people as the bathing area is small.
Transport: took RNV20 to and fro to the furnicular (which led to other tourist areas), super convenient!
