"The room was really nice. It has its own kitchen, so you can cook whatever you like. The staff at the front desk were very friendly, helpful, and kind. The only downside I can think of is that you're fully responsible for cleaning your own room. If I remember correctly, the hotel cleans the room once every 8 days. But whether that's actually a downside depends on the person. It was a lovely place that made you feel like you were staying at home. I can definitely recommend it."

"We booked a room with kingsize bed, unfortunately when we entered the room it was a twin bed. Highest compliment to check in staff who handled the matter nicely. No room exchange was possible as the hotel was fully booked, but house keeping will put the bed together and on top double topper. We had a great time at Atlantic, in sauna as well as restaurant and hotel bar. From the balcony of the bar we were able to enjoy the fireworks at Heidelberg‘s old bridge. We will always come back."

"The hotel is next to the train station but there is an abandoned big shop in between the station and hotel. Walking to the hotel at night can be dangerous for solo traveller, in front of the place is a car park, and many stranger and homeless people is around the station.
However, the bus and tram station is also next to the main station, it make it very convenient to the market.
The room is smelly (not smoking smell) , not sure what it is.
Front desk staff is helpful and allowed to store luggage during checkout."

"The location is unique! Go out and turn right 20 meters is the copper monkey! The waiter is very good, there are apples in the elevator room to take. There is a hot water bottle without slippers. Breakfast also has cheese cake! good. However, the hotel sent an email at 1 pm on the day of check-in, there was no hot water, either could not take a bath or change the hotel. Very affecting the mood! However, Trip.com communication was very fast and compensation was given. We later decided to stay at this hotel and did not take a bath. People who book this hotel have to be careful about hot water system problems."

"Catch up with the weekend, so the rooms are very expensive. The room I booked is a single room with a 0.8 meter bed. The sink for brushing teeth and washing face is next to the desk and bed. The space is cramped. Health is not bad, but the water in the bathroom is very slow, and the accumulated water can reach the ankle. This experience is not very good."

"The whole hotel looks old, and the bathroom door in the room can't be closed. The air conditioning has problems—it's constantly cold, and there is no heating. However, the front desk staff and restaurant service personnel are relatively friendly. The breakfast selection is also quite rich. However, compared to four-star hotels in Taiwan, the facilities here seem outdated. Taiwan’s hotels are newer and cleaner, and the food selection is also more abundant."

"Traveling for business. A better choice than my previous stay at a hotel behind the Heidelberg bahnof station. It was out of my expectation that the room includes a bathtub. "This is a truly perfect hotel, spacious and bright, with a striking design. It has two rooms, one inside and one outside, and the sofa bed in the outer room is incredibly comfortable and high-quality. The window overlooks the street, and the sound of church bells drifts in the breeze, evoking a sense of ethereal peace and tranquility... It's a style my children and I absolutely adore. The room also comes with a generous selection of food and beverages, all included in the room rate. The service charge accepts both credit and cash, which is very flexible. The bathroom sink plug was broken, so I called customer service. Upon opening the door, the handsome front desk guy came to fix it. Without a word, he took off his suit and quickly fixed it. This multi-person experience isn't limited to domestic use. My children said they probably waited for the repairman to arrive, and they didn't know when."

타고가서 호스텔 문을 열자마자 짐을 두러 들어갔는데, 친절하게 맞아 주셨습니다. 그리고 체크인 시간 이전에 먼저 와서 쉴 수 있게 준비해 주셨습니다. 덕분에 잘 쉴 수 있었습니다.
시설도 좋습니다. 주방에 있는 시리얼, 커피, 차도 무료로 이용할 수 있습니다. 위치도 하이델베르크 성 바로 밑에 있어서 관광지에 다니기 좋습니다. 다음에 와도 무조건 다시 이용할 것 같습니다. 추천합니다!☺️

GGuest UserThe hotel looks new and the rooms are spacious and clean. It is located away from the main tourism attractions so it is quieter. There is a tram which goes from the hotel to the old town, but there is a bit of walking distance to the tram station. There are simple kitchen amenities in the room which is a plus point. The carpark is chargeable, but there are enough carpark spaces. It's a good place to rest and explore Heidelberg.

We love all things in the room. all well. room with balcony, aircond, smart home functions, big flat tv with nexflix, coffee machine, kitchen & utensils. its complete like a studio house. The receptionist also so friendly. there is mistakes from Trip.Com state check out time at 12 but actually is at 11. then we not ready because we think the time was at 12. then they came & gave us time to check out. all so good for sure we will come again to this hotel.

GGuest UserHeidelberg is worth visiting, it is a very comfortable city. First of all, the hotel is very close to the highway exit. Although it is on the side, it is very convenient to go to the central square. Parking on the roadside is free. The front desk guy is very humorous and street free. Of course, if you want to be safe, you can also park in the parking lot next to it for 10 euros. Secondly, although the room is small, it has everything. The bathroom is still OK and not crowded. The family room for three people is enough and feels quite warm. Finally, Heidelberg is beautiful in the morning. Walking on the Philosopher's Trail and overlooking the entire old town of Heidelberg is still very impressive. In addition, Heidelberg Castle is also worth going up. Looking at the old town from here, you can take pictures of the red bricks and white walls on the postcard.

GGuest UserAll in all, not a terrible stay. When we first got there to check in the front desk was closed even though it was 5pm and check in was until 10, and the automatic check in machine was broken with a note on it to pick up our room keys at the hotel across the street. We went there and they had no idea what we were talking about so we had to carry our luggage back across the street after contacting trip.com who replied IMMEDIATELY (thank you guys so much your customer service is incredible!) we got the number to call the hotel after hours and it turns out they forgot to leave our keys so they sent someone back over to let us into our room. We got into our room and it wasn’t the room we booked, it was a room in the attic that on one side I couldn’t even stand up without hitting my head (I’m 5”3) but it had AC and it was a place to rest our heads so it could wait until morning. The next day when we came down we mentioned the room error and the look the first guy gave me was full of contempt, so his customer service was awful. I know I don’t look like a conventional woman with my hair and tattoos and I understand different cultures can collide but that’s fine, though when the manager came to talk to my fiancé his attitude perked up a bit and he found a smile. They got us in the correct room and this room was a normal size but the ac unit for that room is a portable roll about one that the hose wasn’t sticking out the window with the netting correctly and they tried to come fix it (duct tape) but then the hose broke but my fiancé found a way to shove it out the window and it took awhile to get the room cooled down but then it was great. After that the rest of the trip went well, the woman with the copper/red hair was super nice and overall we really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was a really good breakfast and the hotel is in a great location with secure parking. Check out Lino’s around the corner for fantastic drinks and the döner place downstairs is killer.
It’s most important that most Germans don’t approve of AC so keep that in mind if that’s important to you that you double verify where you book. All the trouble aside we would definitely stay here again, just don’t count on the blow dryer in the room or the AC to work and room service may need to be requested multiple times.

The room is more spacious. Compared with the hotels in Frankfurt, the heating in the room is sufficient. The front desk of the hotel has bread and coffee every day, which can be taken for free. The croissants are delicious;
The hotel breakfast is 10EUR/person, which is not suitable for the Chinese stomach and the variety is barren; there is a dining cart on the road in front of the hotel, and the roasted chicken legs are not bad, 2 euros apiece.
Overall recommendation.

MMichaelOverall we had a pleasant stay. The hotel is close to the train and bus station so good for those arriving after a long journey. It’s also not too far from the downtown area and has easy access to public transportation. The room was a little small but very comfortable. We didn’t have too many interactions with staff but we were fortunate that the check in desk was open when we arrived as they are only open a few hours a day and the self check in machine could not recognise my booking.

But the facility was way below either the industry standard or our expectation - the knob of the shower was falling down, the curtain was also falling down and could not close; the reading light switch had no handle; and the shower drainage was blocked (see the photos) ---- shockingly this is in Germany!! Very, Very disappointed.
