特別巧 來了酒店發現是7年前住過的。特別特別好。是我來海德堡的動力。早餐完美。晚餐前台幫忙預訂了很好的船上餐廳。

We reserved the prestige room which was a spacious and elegantly appointed one bedroom suite. Great views over hotel courtyard to river and old town. Room had espresso machine and free minibar with beer and wine and some nice snacks. Nice breakfast with selection of pastries, cheeses, fruits, etc… Made to order eggs / omelette. Very helpful staff. Getting to room is a bit tricky/ complicated, requiring entering building, taking elevator to 3rd floor, and then exiting building, going up and down stairs and walking across gravel walkway to re-enter building. Beautiful setting, but you probably want bell hop to take care of your bags. Nice gardens and walkways in back of hotel. Short walk to everything in town. Comfortable bed.

Höchststand Meine Frau und ich haben Ihr gastliches Haus genossen, in dem Professionalität und Entspanntheit Hand in Hand gehen. Gerne wieder. Allerdings bitte ich Sie der Fa. Tripadvisor zu empfehlen,dass wir allergisch gegen Befehlstöne reagieren, die anscheinend im Internet unkritisiert bleiben(hier z.B. " Sie müssen mindestens 100 Zeichen in die Bewertung schreiben" u.ä., denn müssen tun wir garnichts)

Ein super schönes Hotel in Heidelberg. Absolut zum Verweilen gemacht. Super tolle Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption und im Restaurant. Super feines Frühstück und Zimmer mit viel Stil. Minuspunkte: - alle pflanzen aus Plastik (für den Preis nicht gerecht) - einige Stufen im Garten lose und daher Verletzungsgefahr Danke für tolle 3 Tage

Maravillo alojamiento con ubicación inmejorable, con tan solo cruzar el puente estás en la zona turística. Las vistas desde la habitación eran maravillosas a la ciudad. El personal fue muy atento, hasta nos hicieron la reserva en un restaurante que nos recomendaron para la cena que nos encantó.

Super schönes, gemütliches Hotel direkt am Neckar. Mit wunderschöner Aussicht auf das Schloss. Es wird hier sehr auf das Detail geachtet. Vom Zimmer über Frühstück wie auch Sauberkeit und Freundlichkeit ist dieses Hotel auf aller höchstem Niveau . Mit eine der schönsten Unterkünfte in denen wir bis jetzt waren.

Ein wunderbares Hotel mit zuvorkommendem Service und klasse Privat Spa; Massage ist zu empfehlen. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne ! Einzige Manko ist Parkplatzsituation. Es empfiehlt sich, diesen direkt mit zu buchen.
