What a coincidence. I came to the hotel and found out that I had stayed there 7 years ago. Very, very good. This is what motivated me to come to Heidelberg. Breakfast was perfect. The front desk helped make reservations for a good on-board restaurant for dinner.

We reserved the prestige room which was a spacious and elegantly appointed one bedroom suite. Great views over hotel courtyard to river and old town. Room had espresso machine and free minibar with beer and wine and some nice snacks. Nice breakfast with selection of pastries, cheeses, fruits, etc… Made to order eggs / omelette. Very helpful staff. Getting to room is a bit tricky/ complicated, requiring entering building, taking elevator to 3rd floor, and then exiting building, going up and down stairs and walking across gravel walkway to re-enter building. Beautiful setting, but you probably want bell hop to take care of your bags. Nice gardens and walkways in back of hotel. Short walk to everything in town. Comfortable bed.

Highest level My wife and I enjoyed your hospitable house, where professionalism and relaxedness go hand in hand. We would be happy to come back. However, I would ask you to advise Tripadvisor that we are allergic to commanding tones that apparently go uncriticized on the Internet (here, for example, "You must write at least 100 characters in the review" etc., because we don't have to do anything).

A super nice hotel in Heidelberg. Absolutely made for a stay. Super great staff at the reception and in the restaurant. Super fine breakfast and rooms with a lot of style. Negative points: - all plants made of plastic (not fair for the price) - some steps in the garden loose and therefore risk of injury Thank you for a great 3 days

Wonderful accommodation with an unbeatable location, just by crossing the bridge you are in the tourist area. The views from the room were wonderful of the city. The staff was very attentive, they even made a reservation for us at a restaurant they recommended for dinner, which we loved.

Super nice, cozy hotel right on the Neckar. With a wonderful view of the castle. Great attention is paid to detail here. From the room to the breakfast, as well as the cleanliness and friendliness, this hotel is of the highest standard. One of the nicest accommodations we have stayed in so far.

A wonderful hotel with attentive service and a great private spa; massage is recommended. We'd love to come back again and again! The only drawback is the parking situation. It's advisable to book this directly.
