酒店位置不錯，就在老橋邊上，旁邊也是海德堡大學，地下室的餐廳感覺很好。酒店大門一直鎖着，需要房卡或密碼，其實上面有工作人員，害得我在門口硬等到3點再辦理入住。

There is no front desk from 3:30 to 4:30 in the afternoon, but they will send you text messages and emails, which is not very comfortable. The advantage is that the location is excellent, the room is right by the lake, the room is quite large and comfortable.

We loved staying here! The hotel was in a fantastic location, located on the river. The location was lively, but quiet inside the room. We absolutely loved the view of the river out the window! Everywhere was in walking distance and the staff were friendly.

The after hours check in was a little wonky but the staff are very helpful. The hotel is very convenient to central Heidelberg. Parking is a major challenge but doable with a parking garage about 500M away.

Hôtel bien situé. Par contre les horaires de la réception laissent perplexe. Arrivée au plus tard 15h30. J'imagine que quelque chose est prevu pour les arrivées tardives.
Toutefois en cas de disfonctionnement dans la chambre, TV ou lumière ou autre,vous ne disposez d'aucun numéro pour appeler qui que soit, vu que la réception est fermée.
Nous avions une chambre sous le toit, petite et pentue avec une salle de bain monacale. Pour un 3etoiles ,pas de plateau courtoisie avec café ou thé. Minibar vide.Nous nous sommes cogné la tête bien souvent. Je trouve que le rapport qualité prix pour cette chambre en particulier n'y est pas. Le bâtiment est beau,propre bien entretenu avec du cachet. Le petit déjeuner était bon, la personne de l'accueil nous a bien reçue.
