We had a wonderful vacation in Rupertihaus.The location of the hotel is the best. The view from our room was amazing. We loved the fresh air, the mountains around, the posibility to explore the nature. Rupertihouse is a quite and comfortable place and for us, a romantic place.

A very good place of the hotel. A very spacious room with a balcony and wonderful mountain views. Exceptionally clean. And most important a very friendly staff. Thank you for all your smiles and warm communication that made our stay in Heiligenblut great!

I have stayed in many 5 star hotel and this hotel is nothing less than a 5 star hotel. The staff is super nice. Although I booked the hotel for wrong night but the lady at the reception accommodated us. I can not be more thankful for her. If I go again to Heiligenblut, I will only stay in this hotel. One of the best hotel I stayed ever.

Very very BAD experience. I would not recommend stay at this hotel at all. I have booked a stay for one week and paid a deposit, but unfortunately one month prior the stay, my boyfriend had injured his knee very badly and we were not able to come. Right after the accident, so more than four weeks prior our stay I have noted the hotel about the accident. They have responded, that they need to see a medical record and then they would send the deposit back. After I have sent the medical record, there was no response. So I have sent a reminder with another, new medical record and still no response. After that me and my boyfriend have sent at least six more e-mails and we tried to call to the hotel, still they were not able to talk to us about the deposit or at least respond to us up until now.

I had the pleasure to stop by in this Hotel occasionally as with my biker friend have been up to Glossglockner Moutain in late afternoon. Once on top, we went through few locations inside the Valley wherof I did not find appealing those locations, when getting out we have found this Hotel Rupertihaus, and we found courtesy in dealing with the Hotel Owner. The room was very clean and mattress is on top for a good night sleepy. Moreover, the restrooms very tidy and new appliances. We found also the Restaurant with good food, and the waiter was also excellent with good italian speaking. Please take good faith of my words, as I'm Hotel Manger on Cruise Lines. Hope to come back in this Hotel.

hotel semplice ma completo di tutto. Il personale sempre disponibile e cortese. Camera e bagno pulitissimi e ordinati (wc separato come da civilissima tradizione centroeuropea). Colazione ricca ed eccellente.

Hôtel correct, un brin suranné mais confortable. Par contre restaurant à éviter: arrivés à 19h on nous informe que l’on ne prendra pas la commande avant 20h. Pas de souci on patiente avec une bière. Mais à 20h15 on nous annonce que l’on ne pourra pas dîner! On insiste car à cette heure plus aucun autre restaurant ne peut nous accueillir. Le garçon accepte mais nous informe qu’il n’y a que 3 possibilités de plat. On évite le cordon bleu et optons à contre cœur pour la Wiener Schnitzel… de qualité très médiocre
