"Great Hotel. We were welcomed, and it felt immediately like a home-away from home. Rooms are large, beautiful and quiet. The food is super, and we would highly recommend getting dinner included (besides the breakfast), as we made selections and then shared between us, which made it an even better value (it is very well priced). The location is a short stroll to the center of Heiligenblut (see photo). Staff are over the top helpful and friendly. We'll definitely be back!"

"Ok I mean you’re paying for location to the Alpine road. The staff was very nice. But. I felt like I was staying at the hotel from the Shining. Weird staircases, elevators, and rooms in strange nooks and crannies. We paid for budget double because we figured most our time would be in the park But. It was a relic. And our view was the cleaning ladies smoking on their break in a crevice between the buildings. For the price we paid I would’ve expected a nicer room. And the parking you have to walk 200m to a free garage but god luck on the 6 corners to get your car to next level/exit without hitting the narrow corners. I would not go again but as I said the staff was very nice it’s just the building is creepy old with no updates to rooms. Especially for price you pay."
