"Fantastic cozy hotel, well located in the small town. On the other hand, the village is so small so all the hotels are centrally located 😁 Nice and big rooms, we chose a junior suite with a view of the mountains and the valley with a balcony. Worth every penny, fantastic view. large furnished balconies. The breakfast is absolutely incredible. Free parking is available in a parking garage 200 meters from the hotel. Can warmly recommend this hotel."

"The good: staff was great with the exception of one very cranky woman working the dining room and bar. Food was very good, but overpriced. Room was nice with a good view. The bad: the pillows were like large bean bags, not at all comfortable. Our room had a key that inserted into a lock. Like the olden days. The only way to lock the door from the inside is to turn the key in the lock. Seems very unsafe in case of an emergency."

"Great Hotel. We were welcomed, and it felt immediately like a home-away from home. Rooms are large, beautiful and quiet. The food is super, and we would highly recommend getting dinner included (besides the breakfast), as we made selections and then shared between us, which made it an even better value (it is very well priced). The location is a short stroll to the center of Heiligenblut (see photo). Staff are over the top helpful and friendly. We'll definitely be back!"

"We enjoyed our brief overnight stay at Kaiservilla and our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer. Thanks to our extra special host Wouter who welcomed us and treated us like old friends. The hotel is perfect - everything you'd want in an authentic Austrian experience, all new and modern amenities, rooms were very spacious and cozy. If we had more time we would have enjoyed the spa facilities which looked awesome. Even the small town of Heiligenblut is picture perfect and would have provided a perfect base for hiking and exploring the Grossglockner High Alpine Road. Hopefully we can return one day!"

"Wow. What a great little hotel. We booked this hotel last minute via ***********. We'd booked multiple rooms, however upon arriving realised we only needed one larger room/apartment. The owners were super accommodating and made this happen. The hotel (which is more like a lodge) is well located, just above the main square in Heiligenblut (which itself is a fantastic little village). There are half a dozen (free) carspaces right outside the hotel. The rooms all feel new and are well appointed. We only stayed one night and didn't experience breakfast (which some locals told us was really good). The hosts were really friendly, spoke perfect english and very accommodating. I'd certainly recommend staying here and we hope to return in winter for some skiing. "
