Diannan Hotel

The hotel front desk staff were friendly and attentive. The hotel has its own parking lot, which is convenient and secure. The environment is quiet, and overall it offers great value for money. I highly recommend staying here.

This was the only hotel I'd give a bad review during my trip over the Spring Festival. 1. There was no one at the front desk when I checked in; I waited for over 10 minutes before someone came. 2. When I got to the room, the floor was very wet, and the bathroom was completely soaked. I thought it was because the room had just been cleaned and hadn't dried yet, so I asked the front desk if I could change rooms. They told me they were all booked, but when I booked through the platform, I was able to get a room. 3. After asking the cleaning lady to mop the bathroom a little, I discovered that evening while showering that the water wasn't draining properly; the glass door didn't stop the water, and it was flowing straight out, making the floor extremely slippery.

The facilities were terrible. The lobby looked nice at first, but once we got our room cards and entered the room, the ceiling was covered in leaks. Inside the room, the door lock was broken and wouldn't close; it took us ages to fix it. The windows also wouldn't close properly, leaving large gaps. The noise at night was deafening; I couldn't sleep at all. The air conditioner kept making noise every three seconds, and since I slept directly under it, I had to listen to it all night – it was awful. The shower in the bathroom had no cold water. I thought I didn't know how to adjust the cold water setting, but I tried both sides, and the flow was extremely weak. Taking a shower there was scalding hot; my skin turned red, and I was too scared to shower there. My child was even more afraid. It was truly awful.

The room had a strange smell and a cigarette smell, and the hotel facilities were poorly maintained, probably due to excessive humidity; the door panels and ceiling were covered in mold. The most frustrating thing was that the mattress was as wobbly as a block of tofu! I can only say that I will never choose your hotel again at the same price.

My favorite hotel on this trip is this one. The lobby is elegantly decorated. The parking lot at the door is very convenient. From check-in to check-out, every staff member made me feel at home. 1. The room is very clean and tidy with complete facilities. 24-hour hot water, free Wi-Fi, the room is also beautifully decorated, and the bed is very comfortable, allowing me to enjoy a good sleep. It is very convenient to call a taxi at the front desk. When I left, I bought a lot of Vietnamese specialties. The front desk lady helped to make an appointment for the courier to mail it home. Hehe, it was very convenient. The service is really very good. When I left, I had too much luggage and missed my personal belongings. The hotel also called me and mailed it to me [tears burst into laughter], which is very heartwarming. I will continue to stay next time, and I recommend it with five stars. 2    In addition, the breakfast is rich, diverse and nutritious. Moreover, the service attitude of the restaurant is very good, the waiters are polite and courteous, and they can provide services to guests in a timely manner. 3. The guest rooms are friendly, the service is good, and the movements are quick. The cleaning is very timely, efficient, thoughtful, and very good. The staff are very dedicated and can handle problems in a timely manner, and put themselves in the shoes of the guests.

The room is cozy and clean. The decoration looks very comfortable! The lady in the room is very kind and basically responds to all requests. The front desk lady is very gentle. The hotel is in a very good location and very convenient. Parking is also very convenient. The venue is spacious. Overall, it is great. I will stay here again next time. Very satisfied, Nice
