Large hotel all on one level, so rooms can be quite far away from reception. Firstly, the hotel was very clean, both public areas and the rooms. The rooms are compact, but adequate for one night, but the walls are so thin they move when another guests plugs something in to a wall socket. Also, noise from other guests simply talking or coughing is clearly heard through the walls of door. The towels in the bathroom were very worn and frayed. Must have dried countless visitors. Breakfast was a good spread but let down by the hot food being cold. The bain maries were not being used correctly which meant my plateful was inedible. A real shame and so easily rectified. We stayed in quite a few 3 and 4 star hotels during our stay and this was one of the most expensive, smallest room and so worst value.
