Very helpful staff and the bed is really comfortable. The common areas are a bit dated and the bathroom is a problem in that the position of the sink makes it hard to use and the shower floods the bathroom unless you built a towel wall to contain the water to the shower but then you have sopping wet towels to deal with. The shower setup is the kind of thing you have to put up with in India and other 3rd world countries. This place is not close to any grocery stores so you have limited food options. I had the dinner buffet which was good but fairly expensive.

It was the worst experience during my two-month trip in Europe. If I could give it zero points, I would be happy to do so. First of all, the room is small, old, basic and expensive. The only glass window was cloudy and dirty. The hollow double-glazed glass was broken and leaking, causing it to be filled with sewage and large mold spots (which did not meet the basic requirements for occupancy). The window also faced the parking lot. The dirty car was blocked at the window. I asked to change rooms but was rejected. I asked to return the room for the next day but was also rejected. Ctrip also promptly helped with coordination but failed. I had no choice but to drive to Strondin Vio, a famous scenic spot about 3 kilometers away. Stapa og Hellna found another good hotel and paid for one night for a much lower price than this one. Ctrip's service is very good, the response is quick and positive, and a little compensation is given.

的確是離海豹沙灘非常的近，而且遠離城市，如果天氣好的時候非常容易看到極光。酒店雖然不大，但是設施非常的齊全，美中不足在於下水比較緩慢。其他方面都很好。

環島的最後一站，從阿克雷裏到斯奈山半島的落腳點選在了這裏，酒店位於海邊，前不着村後不着店，卻獨享這大片美景。房間有小有大，價格不一。淋浴沒有門，容易濺出水。酒店提供免費茶水和咖啡。周圍沒有餐廳，酒店有自助晚餐，但價格不便宜，且菜品一般。早餐不算豐富，衹可填飽肚子。服務員態度一般。

酒店位置蠻好的，衞生也不錯
