The location is good, near to Metro station, food market, 24 hours supermarket etc. the buffet breakfast is good with some Finland local foods. The cinnamon roll is yummy. The only shortfall is the hotel not providing coffee tea making facilities, if you need hot water, has to get it from the coffee machine located at the lobby.

I arrived early, so I just left my luggage at the hotel before my friend treated me to breakfast there. Then we went sightseeing.
The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of food, including some Finnish specialities.
The location was amazing, right on Hakaniemi plaza, just in front of the market, with metro access.
The room was really nice and clean, and had all the amenities.

The hotel is in a strategic location within the city, featuring two gender-separated saunas and a truly generous breakfast. Check-in is at 4 PM, which felt a little late, but there's a locked luggage storage service available. The reception team managing it was very efficient, helpful with queries and requests, and friendly. The room has plenty of power outlets and is spacious, offering excellent value for money, especially considering the area.

I stayed here primarily to use the hotel's sauna. Apart from the location, I'd say everything else was pretty average, but the room was clean and I had a comfortable stay.

very nice and helpful front desk staff, great breakfast buffet with wide range of food options, peaceful surroundings with supermarkets that opens 24hrs, close to the waterfront.
I enjoyed my stay there a lot :)))!!!

Hotel is lovely and the room is spacious and very clean. It’s very close to Helsinki city centre, about 15 minutes and just across the river. Buffet breakfast is delicious and fresh with plenty of options. All the staff are very friendly and helpful and in particular, the lovely lady in the kitchen is always smiling, warm, cheerful and greets everyone good morning on arrival for breakfast. It really makes a difference to the start of the day. If you don’t have a lot of luggage and arrive by train from the airport, this hotel is a short 15 minutes from from Helsinki Central station. Otherwise there is a train stop underground just a little to the left of the hotel and tram stop right in front of the hotel which is currently under renovations.
