Owners cancelled my booking due to "overbooking" despite the number of emails sent between us relating to the specific apartment we would be renting. We were offered a one bedroom apartment with no outside space at a dearer price in Watford as an alternative. I am now left with hours of searching for something suitable in peak season with very specific requirements. Not happy!
