"A very nice hotel with genuinely friendly staff. The only issue I noticed was that the housekeeper placed my pyjamas on the luggage rack, which made me feel it wasn’t particularly hygienic."

"I had a fantastic stay at Travelodge Hemel Hempstead! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day. The location is convenient, with plenty of local amenities nearby. What really stood out was the warm and welcoming staff. A special mention to Sarah, the manager, who was incredibly supportive and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect during my stay. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!"

"Attended a Funeral. This hotel is literally opposite the water gardens bang in the center of town. The hotel uses Riverwalk parking and is super cheap at £4. per day. The hotel has very good facilities rooms are super modern with hairdryer. Fabulous price. Bar. Food was good at Breakfast a mix of English and continental breakfast. No larger bed options unfortunately that aside 9/10"

"I will definitely stay again. The staff and owners were so friendly and polite. I am afraid there is no cooked breakfast there but the fruit salad is epic 😋. Muffins and croissants are lovely too. We went to Warner Bros Harry potter studios. It is a short walk to the station and we had 1 stop to Watford junction. And boom! they have a complementary bus to the studios. Easy Now the hotel don't do dining so it is best to eat out then go back. Very nicely decorated Room and very comfortable bed. I feel, gor me it was great value for money. And I like to support the small businesses. That way I think you get more of a personal service. I would recommend but you have to be organised for refreshments and snacks."
