Nice place to stay. Would stay there again. Good area and friendly staff. Closs to everything and overall, my experience was enjoyable.

We only stayed on a Saturday night on June 1st 2024 so we could have a night out at a function and not worry about taxis or driving. So at reception the lady was polite and ok. I paid with my visa debit card and she took a $50 bond swiping on the machine but then she typed the full card details into her computer which I asked her to stop and delete it. She never asked for permission or whether I’d like to use that card. She said it was hotel payment policy that they keep the details. I said you have to delete it when we leave tomorrow but I was blanked by her and never responded to that and looked just blank. I would have used a different card number if she’d asked me. Their policy states this. I’m not comfortable having my debit card stored on a pc. Too many cyber incidents these days. Anyway we went to the room which was fine but we were given 120 right beside the elevator. We got changed and went to the rooftop bar which was closed. One of the reasons we stayed there was to have drinks there. So after the function we were in bed at around 1.30-3.30 there were crazy drunk people on the corridor shouting swearing, banging on doors, loud arguing. It would stop occasionally but at around 3pm it got crazy and we called reception to advise of the loud noise. I did hear someone knock there door and tell them to be quiet. Being put next to the lift is not what you’d want there. I won’t be back and will be emailing the management to discuss the debit card issue. I don’t recommend staying there on a weekend I’ve stayed midweek before and it was ok

Crisp, clean & seriously comfortable. My room rated the best I've stayed in. With a fantastic greeting at reception, I knew this place was going to be good.
