Our stay at Hotel Pnoé Breathing Life was nothing short of magical. We spent six blissful days here, and it truly was the best vacation we've ever had. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Chryssa and Iliana, who were always available to answer any questions or address any concerns. At Pnoé, words like 'problems' and 'stress' simply don't exist for guests. Every detail is taken care of, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the experience and relaxation. They even helped me plan a surprise proposal for my girlfriend. Our hearts overflowed with happiness when we saw the beautifully decorated and romantic setting in our room, meticulously arranged by Chryssa and Iliana. Our swim-up room radiated warmth and love, was immaculately clean, and equipped with innovative features controllable through Pnoé's mobile app. Besides having our personal swim-up pool, we also enjoyed the central pool, where drinks and snacks could be ordered throughout the day. The hotel's private beach area is well-equipped with loungers, umbrellas, and towels. A staff member was always present to take orders, ensuring we could fully enjoy the sun and the ocean breeze. Dining at the hotel is a seamless experience, with restaurant reservations available through the app. Every member of the staff was exceptionally friendly, contributing to a personal experience we will never forget. For evening drinks, we frequented the well-stocked 'Uranos' bar, which offered a wide selection of beverages, including cigars and shishas. The SPA staff provided fantastic treatments, offering an extensive range of pampering options to make you feel completely zen. The gym is well-equipped for both cardio and strength training, available 24/7, with water bottles, fresh towels, showers, lockers, and changing rooms. Despite being close to the airport, the noise from planes was not an issue. The planes land over the coastline, away from the hotel. Most noise comes from departing flights, but they typically take off in the opposite direction, so it was not bothersome at all. Even when the hotel was fully booked, it never felt crowded. Breakfast can be a bit busy between 10-11 AM, but it was never unpleasant or overly crowded. Be prepared to eat a lot; you'll never go hungry. One waitress told us, "Greece is like your mom," a quote we will never forget. The hotel celebrated its first anniversary on the day of our engagement, June 1, 2024. You can truly feel the dedication of everyone working to make each guest's experience better and better every day. Thank you to all the wonderful people at Pnoé who made our stay so fantastic, especially Chryssa and Iliana. It’s simply a fantastic hotel! We love that is very meta. The concept is perfect for couples and I dare to say young couples. I always appreciate when technology allows to make our stay and service easier. Pnoe really thought of it all. The check in is made via your phone with the hotel app and from there on you can connect your cell phone to the smart room apps to controls the lights, the music, the blinds, order via the app, chat with the team. The app even offers a variety of music you can play in their Bose sound system of the villas. We came celebrating our anniversary and the team set up a beautiful cake, fruit platter and a bottle of Prosecco at our villa. The level of details was amazing! It has 2 restaurants and both are equally gorgeous and delicious! Make sure to go to the Uranos rooftop bar for a drink while watching the sunset. It’s truly a delight. At the pool the ambience is excellent the sun chairs are extremely comfy with big cushions that make it easy to stay in the pool all day long. We also appreciate that the plastic ware for drinks at the hotel are white and with the hotel logo, not only plastic transparent because as time goes by, they tend to look dirty and no one wants to drink a great wine in one of those plastic cups. So thank you for really taking care of all details! The hotel is super clean everywhere you look! Finally the staff always makes the difference. It’s our first time here and we felt like they’ve know us already. It makes the difference when they remember my drink, my last night order and of course with a great and happy vibe all the time. I booked a one week stay half board at Pnoe on the recommendation of a friend. This is a brand-new facility. The rooms are very well appointed and thought out, they are smart rooms and,upon arrival and app is downloaded onto your phone to enable you to adjust the lighting, blinds, Order room service book your tables at the restaurants and the spa. The king size beds are actually two mattresses zipped together (love or hate this idea) if you are not Tech savvy and want to use conventional light switches et cetera in your rooms you will need the torch on your smart phone to see the switches and there Function as, they are dark brown and difficult to read. The food is all very fresh local and cooked to order, the breakfast selection seems endless. All cocktails and smoothies are made well and with fresh ingredients 10 out of 10. The spa is beautiful. I had three spa treatments. The final one which was performed by the spa manager Lia and was exceptional. I have not come across treatments and products by Dr Barbara Sturm before and was initially sceptical but it was the best facial I have ever had and the results were instant. I would not hesitate to recommend, the spa but in particular Lia who was exceptionally kind to me and put me at ease and made me feel comfortable following a recent operation. The website is exactly what the resort looks like, there is little to do surrounding the actual complex. Heraklion is only a short taxi journey away, should you want more? All the Staff are welcoming and want to make your stay enjoyable. A general feel of calm and serenity emanates throughout. I will be returning

Our trip was truly incredible, a beautiful concoction of charm, flair, discreet luxury and exquisite attention to detail was complemented by a ubiquitous kindness and friendliness as well as efficiency from the lovely staff throughout. The setting is beautiful, in a gated area. You are greeted by the friendly reception staff and can always count on them whatever you need. The rooms are serene and have their own pool, it’s a very special experience, and you can connect your music to the speakers in the room! The room service and housekeeping are excellent! The restaurants are delicious whichever of the two you can count on fresh and organic food whilst the staff in the restaurant will accommodate you throughout, here we want to mention the work of Vasilis who went above and beyond throughout but also Konstantinos. In the pool bar we want to highlight the work of Ioanna and Artemis who also went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The housekeeping team was always there for us as well, the duo of Ana and Marina and their insatiable work and kindness is to be commended as well. Lastly the spa team is great, we had various appointments and were truly relaxed and even improved our breathing, the team of Lia as spa manager and Anastasia and Elli as healers is magnificent, go and visit them! The access to the beach, the minimalistic design, great food as well as relaxed setting truly set the platform for the ideal trip. (For adults only)
