"Sat on my sunbed on my last day here Absoloute gorgeous hotel! On checkin we was given a refreshing drink even before we had a wrist band! The guy who took all our luggage and showed us too our room was very knowledgeable! Happy go lucky vibe and ahowed us a short cut to the pool! The staff are very polite friendly and approchable! Food is 10/10 - lovely selection to cater for anyone - fresh bread and fantastic greek desserts! Pool and beach are an absoloute dream - always clean tidy! - saying that the whole hotel is tody and clean! Toilets are cleaned hourly and very plesant! There also is planes flying past most of the day but simply is quite satusfying every now and then to watch them! also 3/4 cats walk around but these are very tame and friendly quite cute in my opinion and dont beg for food at all! They have there own dishes water and food wich you can put food in for them! Staff work very very hard at this hotel from the cleaners to the caterers! A special little mention to the small little women who works in the restraunt (dont know her name sorry) but allways wizzing about refilling - checking foods - cleaning surfaces and making the restraunt pleasnt it just seems you enjoy your job as do all the staff! Thankyou so so much for our fabulous holiday simply cannot reccomend this place enough! If your on urge to book dont even think about it! Thanks All - we will be back!"

"Love our stay hear, rooms are spacious, modern and clean and most have a sea view. Close to airport (8 mins drive) and another 5 mins to Heraklion centre, the location is perfect between beach and city. Service is exceptional, nothing was too much trouble. There is ample parking for cars. This is a lovely hotel, well maintained with on onsite restaurant. Daily room clean, we couldn’t have asked for me. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend."

"The hotel itself was fine. I built a positive rapport with the hotel owner. On the last day of my trip, Michalis asked if I could drop his employee off at the airport, as I was going there anyway. I agreed. At 11pm, Michalis left, and the employee asked if we could walk to the mini market before heading out. He tricked me and walked us towards the pitch black beach, away from the street and market. He grabbed my wrist tightly and dragged me. With my free hand, I pointed at my phone map. He yelled, “no, stop! Put your phone away!” panickedly. He dragged me to an edge where the sand dropped down steeply towards the shore. I yanked my arm from his grip and screamed at him to leave me alone. He followed me to the parking lot and still asked for a ride. Michalis never followed up with me or asked if I was okay, despite me telling him his employee tried to kidnap me to a dark area. DO NOT recommend for single women, he doesn’t care for women’s safety."
