Horrible catastrophic stay, 20 minutes of waiting for a hostess to appear at reception otherwise there was no one there, once arrived the hostess asked me to pay again for the hotel room except the payment had been made on the site and didn't want to hear anything then realized her mistake after 5 minutes of negotiation.. Subsequently she asks her colleague if room no.. is "done" her colleague responds in a firm tone “I don't just have that to do, I've finished my hours, I think it's good” how professional it is to speak like that in front of clients.. a sketch, the nightmare arrived when we discovered the room which was in an unsanitary condition, empty water bottle forgotten, fresh yellow stains throughout the room as well as in the bathroom, hair wrapped in the bedding, absence of soap, soundproofing, spider web and the best of all the air conditioning was not functional with 40° heat.. after noticing all these faults we went to reception to bring it all up and change rooms they never came and we never saw them again! !
first and last time it's a shame!
