The lady is very kind, but they keep front door lock, and the rooms smell bad. I had to request a cancellation for my second night because can’t sleep for the noice.

The hotel is located on a private street in a residential area, very quiet, the only detail is the parking which is limited, however during my stay I always had the possibility of having a parking space, the location is good in the middle of the international airport and the San José area, near the hotel there is a souvenir shop, a super market in a plaza with a very good restaurant for breakfast (Moose), the plaza includes a pharmacy and bar restaurants for lunch and dinner. The hotel breakfast is a courtesy, so you have to let us know if it is taken or not because it is prepared according to the number of guests and it is only a different option each day. The room was the family room, for 6 people but with the option for 8 people, a very good price for the room for 5 people, we used the room, we did not use the pool since the afternoons were cool and rainy.

The hotel has a terrific staff and great location near the Convention Center and an excellent selection of restaurants. The breakfasts were delicious and varied. I would happily stay there again in a future visit to San Jose.

Esta comoda la habitación y las instalaciones.
Pero en las habitaciónes no tiene wifi y el control de la tv no lo dieron, la cama hacía muchísimo ruido con poco que te movieras. Y aparte nos quedamos afuera del hotel un buen rato porque lo cerraron con candado cuando salinos a cenar y no, nos dieron instrucciones para entrar por otro lado hasta que un huésped por suerte iba saliendo nos dijo como entrar por otro acceso de no se asi quizas nos hubieramos quedado afuera nadie respondía 😐

On entrance it was so gloomy and stinky my friends wife;s face looked so sad I knew we could not stay! We all looked at our rooms anyway and that made our decision final. I lost $175.00 American.
When we where leaving asked if could use the washroom and was told to get out. $175.00 and wasn;t aloud to Pee. Please don;t book this Hotel,,, sleep in a bus shelter,, your car,, an outhouse would be better!

we enjoyed our 2 night stay here before heading home from our 2 week vacation. It was close to the airport & conveint for our family. The Hosts were super nice, friendly & very accommodating too. The breakfast was good too with a personal touch.
Parking was a little bit of a small area to fit in to get in & out, but we weren't staying long.
