Premier Inn Hereford City Centre (Old Market)

I’m told the hotel is fairly new, which was lucky but honestly everything was great regardless. Room was clean, lots of amenities available in the room. I was genuinely surprised at the quality for the price I paid. Got the upgraded room and that’s was great but I wish I would have had the option to select a king size bed, since the booking online says you’ll get Queen or king. Bed was smaller than I’d hoped for but still really comfortable and we slept well. All around 10/10

Amazing location, walking distance to virtually everything. Rooms are clean and quiet. Felt very safe with the key card system to use the lifts. Plus it’s 10 minutes from my friends. Amazing

This hotel is great value for money, within easy walking distance of the city centre. However for us, personally the room was to hot, even on the lowest thermostat setting

Stayed Tuesday 23rd April Fabulous greeting from alli at Hereford Made us feel very welcome. She was very helpful when checking in and was handy to have extra tea milk for the room And breakfast was freshly cooked to order Will stay again Andy

Prior to check in, the staff team (Linda) was super helpful, on a last minute phone call to arrange a travel cot and car parking and general support. The room was set up when we arrived which was amazing. The restaurant staff were very cheerful and helpful despite of it being very busy.

On arrival greeted by a cheerful and polite Vi who completed checkin whilst taking my breakfast and evening meal reservations. Room was standard Premier Inn. Clean well appointed and comfortable. Would have liked additional tea and coffee rather than having to collect from reception (minor observation) Dinner was on another level. Having travelled for work extensively for past 15 years the service from Edon and Vi was 1st Class with the very best Chicken Goujons ever eaten followed by a sublime Katsu Curry. Prepared by Dom. These three ladies smashed it out of the park. If Premier Inn & Thyme restaurants could clone staff they should with these three. Fantastic service,quality food. Thank you.

Fantastic from initial booking (which had to be altered several times due to illness etc) to the stay itself. Reception staff are just brilliant, really helpful and cheery so HUGE shout out to them. Room more than adequate, very clean, comfy and surprisingly roomy. The location is superb and a great breakfast too. Will definitely be back.

Amazing service at this hotel lovely and clean also considering this hotel is in a busy centre it’s quiet Staff are so friendly go above and beyond one lady in particular violeta Food is lovely hot and quickly brought out I was here on a business trip so being away on your home you need that friendly staff

I previously had just Ok experience with Premier Inn. They have upped their game. This is a great hotel central to needs with lots of facilities. It’s not really a budget hotel in what you get. Impressive.
