Position next to football ground great location for city centre. New development all around the hotel, so handy for amenities, car on site, payment meter £7 per 24hrs. Larger parking across the road, also meter payment. Easy check in from 3pm, rooms over 2 floors, we stayed in a Premier room on the 2nd. Upgraded facilities, nice rooms ideal for longer stay. Restaurant great for breakfast, but there are plenty of other restaurants for dinner available across the road and in the city centre.

We chose the Premier Inn for its central location and good value price. It lived up to its usual standard for quiet, cleanliness and comfort. The parking cost was very good value (£5 for 24 hours) but some of the staff did not seem to know that we needed to pay for this as an extra.

The room was spotlessly clean and fresh, the staff were friendly and courteous, the breakfast selection had everything you’d want, the combination of the place and the people wad flawless and should be seen as a credit to the whole business.

Served it's purpose and there seemed to be little or no alternative available. Although managed to find a parking space behind the hotel, the alternative would have disappointing

This was my 3rd stay at this hotel but the first time with a 3 year old child. The hotel was very accommodating, with early check in and late check out. Children are well catered for, with crayons and paper etc provided. The hotel delivered an evening meal to the room on request. Staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a wide choice of food at breakfast. An excellent stay!

I thought the Old Market Premier Inn was in a great location, plenty of parking nearby, staff friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and the shower fantastic. Breakfast was freshly cooked and a good choice. I would definitely recommend and will return.

I’m told the hotel is fairly new, which was lucky but honestly everything was great regardless. Room was clean, lots of amenities available in the room. I was genuinely surprised at the quality for the price I paid. Got the upgraded room and that’s was great but I wish I would have had the option to select a king size bed, since the booking online says you’ll get Queen or king. Bed was smaller than I’d hoped for but still really comfortable and we slept well. All around 10/10

Amazing location, walking distance to virtually everything. Rooms are clean and quiet. Felt very safe with the key card system to use the lifts. Plus it’s 10 minutes from my friends. Amazing

This hotel is great value for money, within easy walking distance of the city centre. However for us, personally the room was to hot, even on the lowest thermostat setting
