Excellent hôtel, très convivial Très bien accueilli L’hôtel est très propre, les animations sont très bien, très variés La nourriture est bonne et elle est très variée chaque jours. Il y a une très bonne équipe d’animation ainsi qu’un très bon personnel! Je recommande fortement

Hôtellerie très moyenne, le ménage n'est pas une priorité c'est le moins que l'on puisse dire, il faut également jupleurer pour avoir du PQ ou des serviettes. La piscine n'est pas chauffée et les toilettes de celle ci sont sales, sans verrou, avec un essuie main HS chez les hommes. Concernant le all incluse, c'est pauvre et c'est la file d'attente pour les boissons et les goûters. Concernant l'animation, ils sont sympathiques et ils font leur maximum avec pas grand chose. Autre chose, c'est sympa l'employé qui passe la tondeuse thermique à 09h00 à quelques mètres de la terrasse extérieure pendant que les gens petit déjeunent, ben oui c'est de l'hôtellerie moyenne!! Et puis cela gêne qui a part le client. Location de voiture à l'hôtel sans souci.

Excellent hôtel ! Accueil et animateur au top , je recommande fortement. Très bonne ambiance , avec beaucoup d’animation proposé ! Restauration parfaite avec beaucoup de choix au goût de tous le monde , ambiance très familiale au sein de cette hôtel !

We spent a week in this hotel with my 9-year-old daughter and my husband. Level of ratio/quality/price seems rather suitable to me. The food is quite varied overall with some specialties from the country. Day and evening entertainment. The team is adorable. And the staff is very nice (reception, waiters, bartender...) My daughter was happy The swimming pools are not heated but this is valid throughout the country Small downside on the cleaning but when you are on vacation it is a detail 😉 The hotel corresponds more to a 3 star in relation to France The insulation is not great but once again this is due to the country due to the anti-seismic foundations planned in this island The exterior and its swimming pools, which are magnificent The bus is 20 minutes from walk and not 800 m But the hotel offers a free bus 3 times a day to the nearest city The hotel is nearby and well served for getting around the city by bus (no need to rent a car to get there move) We had a good stay and the Cretans are very welcoming, I recommend

Hotel to avoid!!!! To begin with, we arrive at the hotel at night after our flight, we realize that the rooms we had reserved (and paid for) were not the right ones. The reception then told us that we would have to pay an extra 100 EUROS if we wanted what we had asked for (our travel agent in France had assured us that the reservation was good). In addition to the redundant and really not exceptional food, the cleaning ladies took the comforters from one of our rooms while changing the sheets. We returned several times to the hotel reception asking where they were: no answer!! One of the hotel receptionists told me that this happened from time to time and that when we returned to France they would send me an email to have news of the comforters (with the promise of sending them back free of charge). Result: I sent an email 1 week after my return because I still had no news; the person responds to me in a condescending tone, telling me that the cuddly toys were not lost by the chambermaids (but I still point out that they cannot walk or fly ;)) and that it was my fault (the ASS!!!!!). As other reviews say, the hotel is far from everything, 10 euros taxi ride to the nearest town. In short, no, no, no, and in bad faith

Top entertainment team, they don't leave you alone and offer you great activities and evenings. Top hotel, they offer good excursions to do ☺️

Arriving around one in the morning, we were put in a separate room (as ordered on the reservation site since there are 4 of us with two young adults aged 18). The next day (twice, written word that we "were interested in going to reception", we thought it was in relation to the "all-inclusive" bracelet or to offer us a car rental. ....). Well, what was our surprise when they forced us to change rooms (but surprisingly, we could keep it for an extra fee!). Tired, we managed to pack our bags and settle into a new room (not at all suitable because bunk beds for young men are less than a meter from the parental bed, so no privacy......) . Dirty room, no cleaning, no change of sheets and towels throughout the week! Forced to go and ask for toilet paper twice at reception, the young woman (after explaining the situation kindly) shows no empathy, on the contrary, we are wrong! Never seen before in 25 years of vacations. The hotel's strategy seems to be to be able to make maximum profits (the "all inclusive" is very limited, having to queue....etc) for several days the women's toilets in the swimming pool did not close (a lock (from the last two days), nice swimming pool but icy, with dirty, stained deckchairs. We should have paid more attention to the negative comments because they really correspond to our experience, there are certainly much better and more honest hotels in Crete (a very beautiful island, fortunately we were able to rent a car and visit... .) Writing this review is not a pleasure, it's just to warn future customers (because our experience leaves us with a "bitter taste", tired because we slept poorly, obviously! And the feeling of having been cheated financially, this hotel is absolutely not worth the price paid).

Very nice hotel with a warm welcome, top entertainers and a superb view! I recommend 100% The buffet is varied and the beach right next door, and the pool area is superb
