"We stayed at the hotel for seven nights on an all-inclusive package, and from the moment we arrived until the day we left, we had an absolutely wonderful experience. One of the things we loved most was the choice of five different restaurants. Booking through the app was quick and effortless. The food was absolutely delicious, and every evening felt like dining in a high-end restaurant. Every member of the staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and friendly. We especially appreciated being greeted with warm smiles wherever we went. I celebrated my birthday during our stay, and the staff went above and beyond to make my birthday dinner truly magical. They also surprised us with a birthday cake and a bottle of champagne delivered to our room, which was a lovely and thoughtful gesture. On several occasions, we also found pleasant surprises waiting for us in our room, such as wine or a fresh fruit platter. We would especially like to thank the wonderful lady working at the cocktail bar. She made the most amazing cocktails, and her friendly service made every visit a pleasure. The hotel was completely renovated in 2024, and it is now modern, stylish, and beautifully designed. We especially loved the furniture and overall atmosphere. A special thank you also goes to the housekeeping team for keeping our room spotless every single day. This is truly one of the best five-star hotels we have ever stayed at. We sincerely hope to return one day."

"I had the great fortune to stay here for a week with my friend, who had been here 4 times prior to this . It was so beautifully laid out along the beach it had 3 pools ? Several restaurants, a spa and a gym . We were upgraded to a junior suite with such a beautiful view of the beach . The room was lovely , very spacious and very clean . The staff were all so lovely .And nothing was top much trouble. A special shout out to Socrates the barman in the pool bar , he was hilarious and great fun . The food was amazing in the Asian fusion restaurant and Maria was lovely . She remembered my friend from her previous stays and greeted her warmly. They even had a Cat Cafe where the guests could feed the local cats , which really meant a lot to me as I love cats. Everything was perfect. The only small downside was the channels on the TV..they were all in German The majority of people that stay there are German, they were all very quiet and pleasant, but it would have been nice to have a couple of English channels for when we got back to our room in the evening."

The staff were very polite and if you are respectful, you will earn respect. The hotel is close to the strip in a quiet area but is quite far from the beach. For its category, it is an excellent hotel."

"We paid for 2x 4* standard rooms in this hotel, only to be shipped out the back & across the street to a basic, unmanned separate 'hotel' (3* MAX). To actually stay in the hotel we originally booked and paid for, they wanted an extra €140 per room - talk about hoodwinked! On the positive side, the hotel was spotless, the air conditioning worked brilliantly and the staff really were lovely. However, the rest of the experience fell short. The food was low quality. Breakfast was underwhelming with no variety and hot lunch/dinner options were routinely cold & cheap tasting. The soups & salads were ok, that's about it. They had no chef's station either, which we found very disappointing for a 4* hotel. There's no snack bar but cakes are brought out to the bar around 4pm. The pool is lovely, but the sunbeds are painfully uncomfortable, the area around the pool is dangerously slippery, and there is no lifeguard on duty. Be prepared for high-volume dance music between 10am and 11pm. While partygoers will appreciate the atmosphere, the large groups of young lads staying here got quite boisterous at times. It might not be the ideal environment if you're travelling with young kids. Speaking of kids, there are zero activities for them aside from swimming (balls & lilos are however allowed in the pool). Overall, being advertised 4* and downgraded upon arrival is unacceptable & the food not to 4* standard. We definitely won't be back."

"The good point is that there are always places by the pool, no sunbed wars and the food is good but can be repetetive. The reception is nice and helpful, the hotel is however on a hill and quite far from town centre to walk. The massages in the hotel is one of the best part, we went with our whole family and it was great, so relaxing and peacefull and the massage therapists were amazing and listened to our needs. The bad points is the room. We have a family room and there is no ventilation at all. There is a bad smell in the room all the time and definetly needs renovating. There are barely any entertainments by the pool only rarely."
