The hotel location its near to the sea, in very quiet zone, all the hotel and the rooms are veryi clean , the food excellent, the atention is very friendly. We have been 3 times in that hotel , and only problem was that we reserved only 5 nights, the next time i'm going to reserv 7 nigths

Personnel très accueillant et serviable. Les 2 réceptionnistes souriantes et réactives maîtrisent parfaitement le français. Les serveurs au restaurant sont également très aimables (merci à Antonios !) Les différents bâtiments sont disséminés dans un magnifique jardin fleuri et très bien entretenu, créant une ambiance calme et reposante. La chambre est plutôt vieillotte et mériterait un rafraîchissement, surtout la salle de bain (fuite dans la douche et taille nettement insuffisante). La salle de bain de la chambre où nous avons passé la 1ère nuit était si petite que l'on ne pouvait pas ouvrir complètement la porte car elle heurtait les toilettes. Nourriture variée et de bonne qualité (différentes spécialités proposées chaque jour). On peut regretter qu'il n'y ait pas vraiment de plage près de l'hôtel, mais surtout des rochers. Concernant les excursions, il est préférable de ne pas les acheter à la représentante de l'agence Legrand (correspondante du tour opérateur français) qui d'ailleurs a brillé par son absence : en 2 semaines, nous ne l'avons vue qu'une fois, à la réunion d'information. Dans le village, plusieurs agences proposent des excursions moins chères et très bien organisées. Hersonissos se trouve à environ 20 minutes de marche, mais la route est étroite et les bords non sécurisés alors que voitures et camions circulent dans les 2 sens. La location d'un véhicule est donc recommandée. Nous gardons un excellent souvenir de ce séjour et reviendrons cette année.

Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich und konnten teils fließend deutsch sprechen. Wir haben ein Upgrade bekommen auf ein Zimmer mit geteiltem Pool. Das Abendessen war mehr als gut. Die Getränkepreise abends waren günstig, eine Flasche Mineralwasser kostet nur 3,30 €. In 10 Minuten war man bei den Geschäften. Das Hotel selbst liegt am Strand, 2 Liegen und Sonnenschirm kosten 9 €. Sehr zu empfehlen ist auch die kleine Taverne gegenüber. Pool Handtücher konnte man kostenlos ausleihen und besonders die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr hilfsbereit

I spent 1 week in Crete this summer . In this trip I stayed at Hersonissos Maris Hotel and Suites. I must say I was very big impressed with the decorations done in the room. It was all so very clean and beautiful.I absolutely loved loved loved dhe decorations. The cleaning staff was there everyday making my stay much more comfortable.They were all very kind and gentle.

Ich kann meine Bewertung vom Oktober 2022 Wort für Wort wiederholen. Tolle Hotelanlage, tolles, kompetentes , freundliches Personal in allen Bereichen, tolle Büffets mit großer Auswahl, alles Bestens und damit eben auch ein toller Urlaub. Danke und auf Wiedersehen im nächsten Jahr.

This hotel is located in an idyllic surroundings and looks amzing, but looks are deceiving. From my Australian perspective, this is not what I consider a four-star hotel and I will outline the reasons why. The hotel rooms are dark, large and relatively comfortable but there are numerous negatives. In the room there is no tea or coffee and guest have to buy their sachets in the hotel shop for 0.25 euro. No shower caps are provided and to use the safe deposit box which is located in the room guests are charged an extra 21 euros!! I have never experienced this before in a hotel. The food is abundant but of poor quality, badly presented and lukewarm. It is not the beautiful authentic Cretan food available on the island. The hotel seems to cater for German and Eastern Europeans which is reflected in the food. Forget about finding English TV you have to scroll 20 plus channels to one English-speaking news. Overall, not to my standard.

We paid extra for a side sea view room - which was definitely worth the money - towards the sea - obscured by some trees but lovely also above the restaurant and at the front of the hotel so very convenient. The restaurant food was fine - and perfectly hot enough (strange other reviewers found it cold). The pool was lovely - of course there were a few inconsiderate people reserving beds and then disappearing for hours - I think the hotel could solve this quite easily with a sign up or removing towels after an hour. The main negatives I have were regarding the restaurant . 1. Smoking on the balcony - I realise that it is legal but it is really outdated. The hotel could reserve a few tables at one end for people who wished to smoke or didn't mind smoking but having it drift over to the table during the meal really spoilt it for us. Also putting a sign over dishes that are vegetarian would be really helpful as not obvious - they all had a sign anyway (why not add a green sticker for instance). I was told to ask a member of staff but they were not always available and the chef didn't understand my request.

Отель тихий, уютный, зеленый!!! Питание прекрасное!!! Море близко!!! Рассветы необыкновенные!!! Водичка прозрачная!!! Отличное расположение отеля!!! До центра пешком минут 15-20. Персонал приветливый!!! Отель рекомендую!!!
