Personnel à l'accueil et au service de restauration désagréable, surveillance permanente comme si on était des voleurs, les murs sont moisi et la peinture s'écaille. Le spa n'est plus ouvert depuis des années et ce n'est pas mentionné. La nourriture n'est pas marocaine et pas vraiment bonne. Meme en pension complète la bouteille d'eau ou le café est en supplément.

Very average hotel which is not at all a 4 star. Rather pleasant staff but not speaking French and not really making the effort (even at reception!), it is sometimes difficult to make yourself understood! Very dated room and above all very poorly soundproofed (we could hear our neighbor snoring as if he was sharing our bed!!!). Very average cleaning, towels with holes, no shower gel.... Non-varied catering, fries, pasta, rice, very few tastes, stale bread some days All inclusive which is not one: very small choice of drinks at bar, no apple juice or ice tea (paying €3) A positive point though: the beautiful swimming pool but not heated 😉 be careful to bring your towels because nothing is offered on site! The announced beach is very far away (1km) with a steep slope to get there and a road to cross. Ultimately the 80 steps up to our room weren't the biggest problem!!!!!! In conclusion, a hotel which could have charm but which does not live up to its advertised 4 stars with a glaring lack of service on a daily basis. Car rental is essential.

Room: Towels were supposed to be changed every 2 days but this was not the case. Forced to ask the cleaning lady for a clean one (even clean ones are often stained). Swimming pool: very cold water (end of April) so few people went there. Restaurant: very noisy, staff not always friendly, no top culinary specialties. The dishes offered are too salty, too fatty or too sweet and generally cold (there is a microwave). Doesn't deserve 4 stars. Entertainment: only one per week, next to the swimming pool. But above all, don't dance or make noise otherwise you will quickly be called to order and cataloged until the end of your vacation. Noisy hotel when children run and scream next to the pool.

Firstly a great place and we will return, however...First impressions from the road is disappointing, and the small hill up is no big deal. Reception cool and welcoming, check in was friendly, informative and hassle free. The hotel has over 700 rooms which are circa 1980, tired but perfectly clean and functional. Aircon worked as did fridge, and good water pressure and endless hot water. Salt water pool is large and temperature bracing, but super clean, plenty of shade and sunbeds as required. AI drinks are plentiful fro 11am to 2300hrs. Food, amazing, plentiful in quantity and choice, great quality, presentation and a mix of local and European dishes, the highlight, only ate out once. Staff friendly and helpful meal timings all perfect.. Suggestions, recycling, thousands of plastic and paper cups in black sacks per day. Issue a hotel branded refillable plastic cup/mug on arrival with option to buy more. Information pack in rooms for excursions

A big thank you to the ENTIRE hotel team, whether at reception, the restaurant, the bar, room service… Everyone I met was very friendly, professional and very efficient! The rooms are clean and well equipped. The buffet is rather well thought out and very well stocked. I really appreciated the "all inclusive" formula including drinks until 11 p.m. Slight downside on the state of the tennis court but that didn't stop us from making a few exchanges. The pool, on the other hand, is incredible! Large, clean, small/medium and large depth: great! Located 15/20 minutes walk from the heart of Hersonissos, we got there with complete peace of mind, even at night. A very good address, ideal for holidays with friends or family.
