Beautiful clean amazing hotel. Great location great pool bar. Good entertainment, hotel staff very good. Very relaxed and romantic break away loved it. We was half board we didn’t always use as there was so much choice outside the hotel. Visited some local restaurants most nights which were romantic ambient settings. Honestly loved this place ❤️❤️❤️

Welcome drink on arrival with a cheerful receptionist! Clean,bright rooms-3 junior suites and a double-all good All inclusive-even the minibar. Wide choice of excellent food and wine with friendly staff. Bar staff were gems with proper cocktails-premium spirits! Iced glasses for the beer Late checkout-7pm-no problem-no charge 50 yards to the beach and sea-100 yards to a beach bar Magic!

The grounds are great ,The sunbeds not to near each other,Although they are extremely heavy to move ,The umbrellas are difficult to put up we needed the staff to help us,The food is ok nothing special The Soup & Porridge were hot everything else was luke warm .The staff are great no complaints there ,.We were upgraded to swim up only thing where we were it was a cut off from the others .The room didn't seem that big compared to the others we saw on the Tv ,The house keeping needs to be a lot better ,We never got any tea bags in the room,all the time we were there.Also we got milk from the restaurant for our tea at the end there was five jugs which were not collected ,They changed our towels every even though we left them hanging up,Also we ended up with six Beach towels ,The prices at the bar are reasonable , Dont go All Inclusive as there are lots of Drinks on the Menu not included ,i.e There was ten beers only two were included in the all inclusive .There is not a lot to do in the evening .There are bars just down the road ,The reps are great , There are plenty of pools . You dont need to book for Dinner though were told to as most just turned up irrespective of the time ,I would say about a quarter of men never bothered about long trousers some looked like they just come of the Beach .

“The Most Beautiful Hotel and People you could ever wish to meet” !! Firstly we feel it necessary to to point out we do not understand the reviews where people have made the odd harsh comment about the hotel! We had a small issue in our room that required attention but this was resolved swiftly and without any fuss whatsoever. The maintenance team were excellent and nothing was too much trouble for them! The hotel / rooms The grounds are spotless and the pool area is a very calm area for relaxing and finding some inner peace. The pool is a great size, clean at all times and a perfect location facing the sea and the beach. There are many sun beds always available if your preference is to lay down and relax, along with a pool bar if the mood takes you. The bar staff wherever you go are so happy to serve you and They should be mentioned and commended. The bedrooms are spotless with all the luxuries one could wish for, and the beds are so comfortable and inviting. Our room was cleaned every day and the cleaning staff were always pleased to point out nothing was too much trouble. We were really impressed with their attitude at all times, as they work in extreme heat. The food Breakfast - is freshly prepared and there is so much choice, the hotel have thought of everything. The quality is top class and you could not complain about the fresh variants available. I would hazard a guess that frozen food is not on the menu at the hotel, “fresh” is their ethos at all times!! Dinner - an absolute gastronomic experience, and the variety of food was just incredible, the hotel has catered for every nationality and with such imagination!! Each night the menu is varied with a particular theme, and to die for, every evening meal was just perfection! If you do manage to get a moment book yourself for a meal into the Culinarium, a truly gastronomic experience !!! It is something you will be talking about for sometime - just mind blowing exclusivity, a huge WOW !!! I enjoyed my stay in this hotel, it’s quiet and peaceful and the majority of staff are fantastic and represent the hotel immensely. The hotel is clean and food has plenty choices. A few people stand out for right and wrong reasons.. start with my absolute favourite, like many others on here Manos was great from day one, Savroula on reception was also amazing and the maids done a great job, omelette maker in the morning was also nice. Only issue I had and I told you before I left and also told the person I had an issue with I would mention her “ EFI” I politely asked her if we could change a glass of wine, she asked why ? I politely explained it had a bitter taste and we preferred the previous nights, she continued to ask questions, just allow us to enjoy our meal and change the wine, she then told me I shouldn’t act frustrated, simple language barrier didn’t make me frustrated but this waitress correcting my actions began to. ( The fact I wanted to change the wine should not have resulted in the amount of questions she was asking while we are sat down trying to enjoy our meal) I told her the day I was leaving I would mention her in a review and she called me out again, in an embarrassing loud manner where other guests were watching on… I could go on… so the simple reason that was so avoidable I am marking you down was because of this.. reviews are individual opinions and in mine, she needs customer service training. It costs a lot of money and we wait long periods of time to enjoy a break away from our own hard working lives. I work in customer service and wouldn’t dare question or correct one of my customers in the manner I was. Had the simple request been met this would be a five star review.
