Wir haben uns in dem Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt! Alle waren sehr herzlich! Wir bekamen bei Ankunft unverhofft ein Upgrate auf ein größeres, sehr schönes Zimmer mit großer Terrasse und Jacuzzi. Der Spa ist sehr zu empfehlen! Maria und Pavlos haben uns toll massiert! Lediglich ein Kellner ist uns unangenehm am Anreisetag aufgefallen. Er nahm sich ganz ungeniert Pommes von einem bestellten Essen der Gäste… Das geht gar nicht, finden wir! Daher ein kleiner Punktabzug.

Ich bin allein aus Deutschland angereist. Ich habe mich dank des tollen Hotelpersonals und vor allem Dimitras so willkommen gefühlt, weil sie all meinen Fragen so entgegenkommend nachgekommen ist. Das Essen ist großartig und es gibt verschiedene Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten während des Abendessens. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Heerlijk nieuw hotel met mooie kamers en een badkamer met inloopdouche voorzien van rain shower en apparte handdouche. Wij hadden een kamer met zeezicht en balkon. De wifi is uitstekend, zelfs op het privestrand. Er is een overdadig ontbijt- en diner buffet. Een prima zwembad met goede ligbedden met parasols. De ligging is uitstekend. Een echte aanrader.

L'hôtel est très bien, très bon accueil. La réceptionniste Dimitra est très accueillante envers les clients. Le nettoyage est très bien fait. La nourriture est très bonne. Mais le problème est l'excursion qui est pas assez développé pour divertir les clients pour autant, les guides sont très cultivé mais assez exploité sur les monuments.

Mir hat das Hotel und das Essen sehr gut gefallen. Es gibt zum Frühstück alles was das Herz begehrt. Von englischem Frühstück, verschiedenes Müsli, griechischer Joghurt über sehr viel frisches Gemüse und Obst aber auch mehrere Kuchen und Pancakes gibt es zur Auswahl. Zum Abendessen gab es auch viel Auswahl: einige griechische Spezialitäten und einige Sachen, die jeder essen wird (Spaghetti mit Bolognese oder Tomatensauce, wechselnde Suppen, Pommes usw.) Selbst als Vegetarier ist man mehr als satt geworden. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es wurde sehr geduldig geholfen die richtigen Trips zu finden. Nic, welcher die Wanderungen macht ist auch super nett, sympathisch und erklärt viel über Kreta. Das Zimmer war sauber und der private Jacuzi auf der Terrasse wurde nach einer windigen und regnerischen Nacht auf Anfrage gereinigt. Die Putzfrauen hat allerdings öfter die Handtücher gewechselt, als es von uns gewünscht war, da diese nicht auf dem Boden lagen. Der Strand ist in unmittelbarer Nähe und man kann draußen mit Meerblick essen. Allerdings ist das Essen in diesem Restaurant nicht inbegriffen (außer einem Abendessen; 4 Gänge Menü). Gerne wieder :)

I went a trip with my wife to Crete and we stayed at this Hotel, everything was great and perfect. I recommend this Hotel, Why? 1. Everything is near by. 2. The sea is also near, actually we had a sea view Room. 3. The employees are wonderful especially Giorgos Lianakis, He is one of the best people that i have met, he take care of us all the time he done all what we ask from him, also before our last day he bring me a special gift to take to our county. 4. Lovely small pool, gym, spa, etc …. 5. Breakfast, and Dinner was excellent. One thing i didn’t like that the Hotel didn’t put a drinking water in the room and if you need you have to buy it for 1€. If i go to Crete on more time, i”ll choose this hotel for sure. Thanks for everything, Anis.

Hôtel spa pour adulte très bien équipé et propre. La nourriture, sous forme de buffet est bonne et varié. L'équipe est sympathique et accueillante. Nous avons eu l'occasion de recevoir un massage de très bonne qualité, merci à Pavlos et Ria pour ce très bon moment.

Hotel facilmente raggiungibile dall'aeroporto internazionale di Heraklion, a due passi dal mare e vicinissimo a supermercati, negozi e a tutti i principali servizi. La camera in cui ho soggiornato era spaziosa, confortevole e pulitissima. Ottima la colazione e la cena. Ampia la zona della piscina. Preziosissima la piccola palestra. Elegante e professionale l'ambiente della Spa. Davvero incredibile la cordialità e la disponibilità di tutto lo staff della struttura! Un ringraziamento speciale a Iulia e Dimitra della reception, a Iulia e Pavlos della Spa, e a tutto il personale della cucina.
