Helpful front desk , breakfast was very nice and staff at the breakfast was very friendly and welcoming, one of the best friendly hotel. Location is the very convenient if you are visiting the Warner bros. Harry Potter experience. I would recommend this hotel 1st time Travelers.

This is the only hotel i can access 5G network without accessing Hotel WIFI throughout the trip around UK. Service is good and breakfast with a wide range of food!

I was very impressed with the hotel! It was impeccably clean and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The lobby was stylish, with comfortable seating and interesting artwork. The staff was also excellent – friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Our room was just as clean and inviting as the rest of the hotel, with a comfy bed and a fine view. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, inviting, and comfortable place to stay.

A lovely hotel Rooms seem a little outdated and dark no room lights just side lamps

Not the same as before. There used to be a swimming pool. The hotel carpets are very dirty. Looks like vomit. Otherwise, everything else is fine.
