Kindness Hotel - Kaohsiung Jyuemin Reviews

Whenever I travel, I always book a stay at Kindness Hotel. The experience is always fantastic. I booked a double room and it was upgraded to two double beds. (They also offer evening snacks from 7 PM to 9 PM).

Loved staying at the kindness hotel! The staff are very accommodating. The late night snack and breakfast buffet has great variety. Rooms are very clean and there’s a bidet!

Even though the hotel isn't located right by an MRT station, its facilities, service, and cleanliness are all excellent. What truly impressed me was their incredible generosity – not only do they provide breakfast, but they also offer late-night snacks, treats, and ice cream! On top of that, the washing machines and dryers are a very thoughtful amenity for travelers.

We booked this hotel for our 3-day, 2-night stay in Kaohsiung. We were there to see a performance at Weiwuying, and since the hotel isn't near an MRT station, driving was more convenient. Overall, we were pretty satisfied. In addition to the complimentary buffet breakfast, they offered cookies and drinks from the afternoon until evening. There was also a self-service late-night snack bar available from 7 PM to 9 PM. Our quad room wasn't huge, but the bathroom was quite spacious, and we appreciated the separate wet and dry areas. They also have a self-service laundry room. Although we didn't use it during our stay, I think it's a fantastic amenity overall.

The Kang Chiao Jue Min Hall is very close to the Jiuru interchange. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the staff are friendly and polite. The bed is a bit soft, but the soundproofing is quite good. The parking lot is in the basement, with limited spaces available on a first-come, first-served basis; once you leave, your spot is not reserved. Overall, a pleasant stay.

First time in this hotel, didn't have chance to take the evening meal. Laundry service could improved by putting up clearer instruction on how to do spin drying as on the 25 Nov, there were a few of us spending more than 2 hours trying to get our clothes spin dry... I personally spent 3 hrs. Breakfast could provide more vegan friendly food.

The hotel was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The room was quiet so it was easy to sleep. It is located a bit further out and away from an MTR station so getting around can take a while. The staff were friendly and responsive.
